How Got Only 15 minutes to exercise? Then try this from Yoga.

We live in a sound bite era where our daily needs leave us with little time to exercise, at least in the morning when it might work out best.

However, Yoga offers a combination of standing, deep breathing and meditation that you can practice for 5-10 minutes — or less depending on your choice — and it will leave you energized and eager to enter the day you feel energized.

Now what is the immediate trend I am talking about? It is known as the Sun Salutations. They are very easy to learn and almost everyone, regardless of their strength or flexibility, can learn these simple tests. In fact, if you are familiar with "buries" (a calisthenics exercise), they get their origin from it.

Apart from being an exercise habit, they are very important as they do the following. -Reduces skin and pelvic irritation. -They use fewer legs and arms at the same time to increase rotation and restore flexibility in the limbs. They are an effective way of relaxing, stretching and rubbing all the internal organs and organs. -

Motivates and balances all body systems including endocrine, circulatory, reproductive and digestive systems. For instructions on how to do it, research, memorize and practice the following:

1. Stand with your palms together as you pray. Crush and stretch the right leg away from the body with a large step back, and keep the hands and left foot firmly on the floor. Bending the head back,  the left knee should be between the hands.  Move the left leg over the body again, keeping both feet together with the knees down, resting on the hands (arms straight) and keeping the body in a straight line from head to toe.

They stimulate and balance all the systems of the body including the endocrine, circulatory, reproductive and digestive system.

In this position, only 8 body parts touch the floor: two feet, two knees, two hands, chest, and forehead. Inhale and bend as far back as possible to bend the spine to the maximum. Exhale and lift the body down. Keep feet and heels down. Inhale and bring the right foot to the level of the hands; the left foot and knee should touch the floor. Look up, bend the spine slightly (same position as # 4)

Raise your arms upwards and bend down to lower your scent. Take a deep breath and let your arms rest. Do as many rounds as you can with 3 repetitions. Ideally, you want to aim for at least 6 rounds and reach the top 30.

It only takes about 5-10 minutes, depending on your speed and intensity, and is done much better with a little, bit.

Clothes as much as possible before the open window is the first thing in the morning. So when you have little time to spare but need to be empowered as much as possible to exercise only, why not try Sunshine. Your body will be happy that you did it with your mind. So when you got little time to spare but need to be energized the way perhaps only physical exercise can, why not try the Sun Salutations
