  2. Choose a loose and comfortable hairstyle.  Avoid hairstyles that create tension in your hair follicles.  For example;  Tight ponytails, chickens and plates.

  4. Do not use large hot hairstyling tools, such as;  Pinches and straightening irons, as they can cause tension and breakage in the hair.

  7. Stress.  Try to stay positive. Also consult your doctor and use authentic medicine and take care of your hair.
