How Fructose becomes The Cause Of Obesity?

The Glycemic Index provides an interesting, legal way to study the types of carbohydrates we eat. It measures and measures how these carbohydrates enter the bloodstream. They say that the body processes fructose differently from other types of sugar, though, it is not clear if this reduction is probably the low fructose concentration in fruit compared to the corn syrup used in the study.

 

A study conducted at the University of Florida found that there are high levels of uric acid in the blood after eating or drinking fructose. This increase in uric acid affects insulin, by blocking it. Insulin controls how our cells store and process fat. If uric acid levels rise too high, then the symptoms of metabolic syndrome may increase. These symptoms include high blood pressure, high cholesterol levels, and obesity. What worries people is that fructose is used in many soda drinks, so if you drink a lot of soda it will be easier for you to increase uric acid levels in your blood. Metabolic syndrome is a precursor to type 2 diabetes.

 

Symptoms of metabolic syndrome include abdominal fat, so much so that the hips appear larger as the hips or larger. There are usually low levels of good blood cholesterol levels, and high levels of triglycerides make the blood ‘sticky’. Metabolic syndrome is associated with an insatiable reaction to insulin, to produce high levels of glucose in the blood. All of these things can be checked by a doctor.
