How failure is the greatest teacher of life.

The bamboo seed was planted in one of the farmer's holdings, while the fern seed was placed in another. He was constantly watering both lands. While the bamboo shows no signs of growth, the fern began growing in a matter of weeks. After a year of watering, the bamboo showed no signs of expansion. He watered with the whole trust for five years. Bamboo began to sprout and in six months reached a height of 200 meters. Why did the farmer continue to give the bamboo water for five years? Because he was aware of what had been going on for those five years. It appears to be doing nothing more than expanding its roots. If the roots are not strong enough, they will fall because it needs such a strong root to ascend those 200 feet. The same unwavering qualities, talent, and time are needed to attain those higher levels in life. One could experience several failures, mistakes, disruptions, suffering, and other terrible life experiences during this process. The person who never gives up and views these opportunities as blessings will eventually grow as tall as a bamboo tree.

If you can view your failures as opportunities, nature won't judge you as a failure, despite what the outside world may think. Since so many events are recorded in history, something that was initially rejected eventually experienced immense success. You've probably heard of Jackie Ma, a successful Chinese entrepreneur who was turned down 30 times for employment after graduating. Out of 24 guys who applied for the position, 23 were chosen, but not him. Out of the 14 males that applied for the job at KFC, 13 were chosen, but not him. He was turned down for a teaching position at Harvard University ten times. After serving 27 years in jail, Nelson Mandela was elected president of South Africa. Therefore, failure is an oxymoron. For those with the correct attitude, it is a never-ending learning process. Consider if you want to be someone who fears failure or someone who values success. If success is what you choose, nothing can stop you. The things that people say negatively won't matter to you. The majority of people give up not because they failed, but because they failed to recognize the chances of their failures. As Edison puts it, I didn't make any errors. I discovered, recently, 10,000 ways that won't work. Risk is similar to control in that it increases with the amount of control given up while also increasing the likelihood of success. Different pedagogies for teaching have varying levels of control and outcome certainty; for example, lectures offer high levels of control and certainty, whereas open conversations require students to relinquish control and assume personal responsibility for their learning. Children who are shielded from failure become weaker and more vulnerable. Children learn the power of their choices when they encounter failures in life. Consider failure a chance rather than a danger. The capacity to bounce back from setbacks might boost a child's self-assurance and problem-solving abilities. Your child won't benefit in the long term if you shield them from failure. Therefore, as parents, you must let kids experience emotions, and life, and take responsibility for their mistakes. Your kids will become more resilient as a result, increasing their chances of success in the future.

In the end, we can make the failure our buddy. The failure management paradigm could assist us in realizing that failure frequently results in unexpected gifts and possibilities.
