What will those tech experts come up with next? Not a day goes by that no new gadget or high-tech gadget is unveiled. However, one of the most recent experiences I have is with something called "email on the phone" and I just wanted to convey my thoughts on this "possible" time-saving and new tool.
Email to Telephone does exactly what the word means. Allows you to send or receive email messages over the phone. In particular, it allows you to listen to email messages over the phone and allows you to send voice messages like email on any type of phone - cell phone, satellite or landline.
At first glance, I did not feel that it was the full value of the asset but the more I looked at it the more my eyes opened. It is probably not for everyone but also, in this crazy “go-ahead” world, it is one of those tools that can gradually save us from that most precious and most valuable resource - time.
I have come up with a few reasons why “email to phone” might be right for you.
Reliable or Invalid Internet Access
Internet access is not always reliable. In many parts of the world and even in some of the most sparsely populated areas in the United States access to the internet is rarely what most of us expect - it is fast and reliable.
The good thing about "email to phone" is that you do not need to access the internet to stay in touch because you can still send and receive email messages with your phone. This technology allows you to keep track of all your messages regardless of where you find them.
You can continue to monitor your email even if you find yourself outside the digital location of your phone, such as deserts or mountains. In places where you can no longer send text messages you can still listen to your email messages because this technology works with analog signal.
Curiosity Kills the Cat
If you are like me you are accustomed to always knowing and now you can. You can now access your computer's email inbox almost anywhere, anywhere, anytime. On the one hand it is a good profit, but without thinking it is just a life-saving benefit. However, with peace of mind or from a psychological point of view having some form of "email on the phone" that gives you a hard time putting value into it.
Multi Tasking
Receiving emails by phone is ideal for a busy runner and in today's busy world - not busy. Between work, missions, kids and everything else we do not always have time to sit in front of our computer - at work or at home. But we can always find a little time to die while we go to check the messages on our phone.
Instant notifications
Some people need immediate warnings. When work requires constant contact with them. The people of Information Technology (IT) are a perfect example. If a company website goes down for a long time, the CEO will not be happy if the IT manager says, "Sorry, I was going to have lunch."
Some people are unlucky to deal with and contact high-tech show-offs like me. For these unfortunate people, who don’t really have the same kind of enthusiasm for 21st century technology “email to the phone” would be the one route that would allow them to join the modern world.
I have mentioned just a few benefits of "email to phone" and hope to open your mind to the many opportunities this exciting technology can offer. On the other hand, only you can decide if it is right for you but if you are one of those dinosaurs technology that is not easily adaptable, this technology may be yours because it is not only cool but also easy to use. Technology ... you must love it!
