The skin is the largest organ in the body and include associated organs. It protects against disease and infection, regulates temperature, and promotes vitamin production. Most of us are interested in how to keep our skin healthy, not just how to keep it healthy, but maintaining healthy skin is very important to our beauty and overall health.
The best way to keep your skin healthy - young, white, shiny, supple, smooth and wrinkle-free - is to avoid sun exposure.
Ultraviolet (UV) radiation from the sun provides a healthy tan, but it does serious damage to the skin in the form of pigmentation, sunburn and loss of elasticity. This can lead to premature aging in the form of wrinkles, fine lines, sagging, dark skin, uneven skin tone, loss of clarity, enlarged pores and dryness. No matter how good genetics methods, topical skin lightening products, or oral skin supplements are, persistent and regular tans will be of no use.
Avoiding the sun is good, but if you can't avoid it, you should apply sunscreen. This is especially important if you are in the sun for long periods of time.
Assuming we are already sensitive to sun exposure, how can we improve our skin condition? We know that some oral supplements are effective for skin health, but what are these supplements and how effective are they?
Supplements in the body
The first group consists of vitamins and minerals necessary for the proper functioning of each organ.
Vitamins and minerals that can affect skin health include the B complex, specifically B1 (thiamine), B2 (riboflavin) and B12 (cyanocobalamin). Obvious deficiency of vitamins B1 and B2 is known to cause a special form of dermatitis (a type of skin inflammation). B12 deficiency is particularly detrimental to rapidly dividing cells, including nerve cells and skin cells.
In addition to B vitamins, skin health is also affected by vitamin C, iron and copper deficiency. All three are important for the synthesis of collagen, a key structural protein in the skin that gives it plumpness and elasticity.
Vitamin A is an essential nutrient for skin .Vitamin A deficiency leads to dry, brittle and wrinkled skin. On the other hand, excessive intake of vitamin A can cause serious toxicity and should be avoided.
Vitamins C and E and beta-carotene are advertised as antioxidants that reduce free radicals. (Free radicals lead to skin degeneration and aging.) However, the role of free radicals and antioxidants is not doubt, but additional vitamins and other trace elements improve skin quality and challenge the aging process.
Excessive dose is also best to comply with RECOMMENDING Dietary ALLOWANCE (RDA) because it can be harmful to disadvantages.
Current Support
Scroll additives must go to the topical application-ultraviolet blocker, at least SPF 30, cream (bearing for skin whitening) and moisturizing (preferably mitigating skin) and, the effect of oral additives is slow and subtle. Consumers must be realistic in their expectations because the results can not be seen for 7 days or two weeks.
Recommends a holistic approach to skin health, including:
* A healthy and balanced diet containing all food groups and vitamins, minerals and trace elements.
* Maintain a pleasant and positive mood. It is well known that certain skin conditions, such as acne and eczema, are more common in people under stress.
* Cigarette smoke causes unfavorable skin changes or intensifies the course of many skin diseases, including cancer. Tobacco smoke additionally quickens the natural process of skin aging.
* Minimize sun exposure and use good sunscreen every day.
