How does sugar affect human health?

Sugar has become an indispensable part of our lives among us. Many of us do not know how sugar is made or what it is made of. In fact, we all know about the chemicals it contains and its properties

It helps to reduce the amount of sugar in our diet and life.

Sugar is a completely chemically crystallized crystal by adding 23 types of chemicals to sugarcane juice and bleaching it white by changing its color, vitamins, minerals, calcium and phosphorus, known as white poison. Can be stored for any length of time... Sugar can also be used as a preservative. Sugar only contains starch. Once it reaches the stomach, digestion does not take place easily. Digestion takes place only in the presence of calcium, phosphorus and minerals removed from sugarcane juice. If we don't get these through food, the body struggles to digest sugar and takes calcium, phosphorus, and other minerals from our bodies and sends them to the stomach for digestion.

Where do you get all these bodies...? All these are taken from teeth, bones and nerves. In short, the teeth, bones and nerves of a person who eats a lot of sugar quickly deteriorate. Since sugar is very low in fiber, it also causes problems in the intestines after digestion. Apart from all this, there are other problems due to the presence of about 23 chemicals added to sugar. Once these chemicals enter our body, the kidneys cannot excrete them, even thought. So the liver and skin will try to flush out these toxins. If this is not possible, all this will be stored in the liver. Repeating this process too many times can tire the liver. Thus, when the liver receives the necessary substances, when the suitable opportunity arises, all these wastes are expelled through the evil pithajus. It is this discharge that causes jaundice. The main reason for this is the chemicals that accumulate in our body.

When certain chemicals build up that are not removed by the kidneys and liver, the body transfers them to the skin. The body tries to expel these wastes through the skin. The skin's job is not to excrete waste. It is this excretion of waste through the skin that presents us with all skin diseases.

Even so, we can't stop sugar all at once. But let's bring some and try.

November 14 is observed as World Diabetes Day. The number of diabetic patients is increasing day by day. This epidemic of diabetes is consuming human lives.

Insulin is a hormone that regulates blood sugar levels. Insulin is produced by the pancreas. Diabetes is a condition in which the body does not produce enough insulin or does not use the insulin produced effectively.

A person's lifestyle is the main factor that causes diabetes. Diabetes, which used to be seen only in adults and middle-aged people, is now widespread in children and teenagers. Diabetes cannot be controlled by medication alone. The role of family members is very important in this. Treatment of diabetes should start with families.

There are mainly three types of diabetes.

   *Type 1 diabetes

   *Type 2 diabetes

   * Gestational diabetes

Globally, there are 425 million type 2 diabetics and 1.1 million type 1 diabetics. Kerala has 30 lakh type 2 diabetics and more than 5000 type 1 diabetics.

Different treatments, exercise, dietary recommendations, and techniques are used for each diabetic patient based on their unique characteristics.

   *Give up sugar

   *Reduce the quantity of milk

   * Include more vegetables and leafy greens in your diet

*Avoid soft drinks and fast foods

   * People with diabetes should pay attention to proper diet, exercise and medication

   *Quit smoking completely,

Along with patients, family members also need to take care of these things.

Too much sugar can cause many physical problems.

People with high sugar levels in their bodies have thick blood. This means that the blood does not reach any of the small blood vessels (capillaries) like the blood of a normal non-diabetic person. The tiny capillaries that supply blood and nourish the nerve are destroyed and it slowly begins to die. So in this way diabetes affects the nerves of the body, which is commonly called diabetic neuropathy. After developing diabetic neuropathy, the sufferer will face various problems in their life.

It must have affected the nerves to a very high degree before symptoms become apparent. Rashes and sores that start on the hands can spread to the hands and get worse in the future. To prevent that we should be able to strictly avoid sugar in our diet.

Your body breaks down most of the food and other snacks we eat every day into glucose, causing your blood sugar levels to rise. In this case, the insulin produced by the pancreas turns the blood sugar into energy and delivers it to the cells.

Excessive consumption of sugar causes many diseases such as heart disease, liver inflammation etc. Similarly, diabetes also causes loss of vision in the eyes and enlargement of the lesions. The use of sugar has become an addiction for humans. The number of diabetic patients in the world is increasing day by day. Most of the sugar in the market today is adulterated. Many diseases are caused by the consumption of these adulterated sugars. Natural sugars should be used to protect our health.

Excessive consumption of sugar plays a major role in the deterioration of human health today. A man's greatest wealth is his health, and we must protect it. For that we should try to slowly eliminate the white poison of sugar from
