So I know that I'm a little late for this Post, not a little; I'm actually a lot late, because it was there, things kept coming, we kept watching, then we kept getting late, and then the video didn't get made, so I thought, let's finally make it, because boys, We have love. We have love. And to be honest, when I announced GenV, I thought it's not going to be connected to boys that much, like there are spin-offs, so it'll just be a cash grab and nothing else, but it was written so beautifully. and the way it was established with boys, in the end, it was so much fun; it doesn't feel like a cash grab at all; it feels like it's integral for boys.

I mean, if you want to watch boys' season 4, then you'll have to watch Gen V. But because boys' season 4 is still a long way to come, it'll be released in 2024, and the note that GenV ends on leaves us with a lot of questions, so we'll talk about everything. and I'll try to answer all of them, so don't worry, so let's start talking about each and every thing. And like we have all our ending experiences, we'll keep it character-driven. I mean, we'll talk about the characters, so we'll understand all the things.

So the basic premise of GenV was that there are a lot of students studying in Godalkin University who learn to use their powers correctly, but Godalkin University uses them to study their powers.
and then they do experiments on them in a facility called Woods. And where all of these students have a desire to become part of 7, the Watts don't understand their importance, and they have such a grudge against the Akanshaas that I don't know what to say.
Anyway, so if we start with our main characters, Mary Maru and her companions, what they do is stop all the experiments that are going on in the woods below Godalkin University. Along with stopping them, they also stop all the soaps that are released from there.

But then what happens is that the Homelander comes and catches them. And when they wake up, they are in a secret facility. So what will happen to them? So if you start observing this scene carefully,
Then what happens in this scene is that there are no windows or doors in this room, and they themselves say this. Plus, they are connected to IV fluids, so there is no way to give them food or water. meaning they are going to stay in this room for a very long time.

And probably, they would have put dampness on their powers as well. meaning they can't use their powers in this room. But the most interesting part is that they have been kept alive. If Mary wasn't important for the story, then she would have been killed there. meaning they would have killed her with the Homelander's heat vision.

But since she is alive, she will obviously be important for the story. Now the second question is, how will they get out of here? There is no rocket science in this; there are a few probable explanations for it. First of all, it is possible that the security system will be compromised.
and because of that, the dampener on their powers will shut down, and they will use their powers to get out. And the second, simplest explanation is that our boys will come and save them.
I mean, I know it kind of sounds weird that boys will come here and save them, but this thing brings me to my second point, and that is, how will Billy Butcher and his team become a part of this whole thing?

So if you have seen the finale credits roll of Gen V, then you must have understood what I am talking about, and that is, Billy Butcher. When Gen V ends, in its post-credits, we see Billy Butcher going to a secret facility,
and this secret facility is none other than The Woods. And when he reaches there, he just says his famous dialogue-like words, and the scene ends there. But this makes us understand a lot of things.
First of all, Billy Butcher has actually found out about The Woods. And how did he find out about it? There are a few possibilities. First of all, it is possible that Agent Mallory called him and told him. We have seen that as soon as Dean Shetty tells Agent Mallory about him,
They first tell him to leave, and then they pick up the phone and tell someone to follow him. So it is possible that he is Billy Butcher. However, Mallory did not like working with Billy Butcher because she understood that his ways were a bit too radical.
But it is still possible that, in this case, she has understood that she will have to work with Billy Butcher because this whole method is radical. And following Dean Shetty, our Billy brother has reached The Woods.
but he realizes that he is too late because there are no soups there, nor is there a virus. And his search will only lead him and his boys to these soups, which are locked. Because they will realize and think the same thing that the Homelander had thought: that these people are trying to kill the soup. So in our cause, they will also help us—that is, to kill the soups. And that's why they will take them out. But then maybe they will realize that these people are not the way we thought, and then there will be conflicts between them as well.

But ultimately, the endgame of our boys and Murray's team will be the same, and that is to stop Seven, because now Sam and Kate have also become a part of their team. Which brings me to our next point: how did this sh*t happen?
Because at that point, when Murray blows Kate's hand, it feels like, yes, now maybe things will start getting better, but then the Homelander comes and blows everything up. Literally. So how did all this happen? So look, there is a very simple explanation for this.
The sh*t that the Homelander did at the end of season 3, that is, he took the life of a human being publicly, and in the eyes of the public, he had become a hero. After that, he became bold, brave, and fearless. And he doesn't feel ashamed to kill anyone.

And according to him, if anyone raises a finger on the soup, then taking his life is his ultimate duty. And there, Murray blew up Kate's hand, bro. So that's it. With such incomplete information, he blew up Murray. And technically, if you go to see
then the thought process of Kate and Sam resembles that of the Homelander a lot. And that is the work of humans. I mean, he only favors soups, right? And that is why, as soon as he figured out the thought process of Sam and Kate, he must have said, They belong in 7.

Come sit with me and eat at the table, brothers. If you look, Sam's character was written very smartly. He was like a very little child. It was so easy to manipulate him. He goes to a small rally, attends a small press conference of Victoria Newman, where some students start chanting against him. So he automatically stands in their support. And without even asking any questions, he starts killing innocent human beings. I mean, I totally understand that he was also tortured a lot in the woods.
But he also killed all those people who tortured him. Then why kill innocent people? Plus, now that Sam, Homelander, and Homelander's son are together, it will be more fun to see the chemistry between the three in season 4.

Because all three are almost the same characters. But there is one more thing that will be more fun to see. And that is that virus. Now, to be very honest, I have explored these ideas many times. If I were in the universe of Boys and in the place of Billy Butcher, and if I had to kill the Supes, Then what would I do? And I always had this idea in my mind that I couldn't kill them with my bare hands and feet. So the only way I could kill them was with a virus. In such circumstances, it is better that a person be alert at all times, keep his emotions under control, take a step back and try to turn his life in a new direction. And guess what? They have done it. Now the question is, what will people do with this virus? So the last time we saw this virus, it was with Victoria Newman.

And she takes it very carefully and securely. And now no one knows about this virus except Agent Mallory and Victoria Newman. And the third person is the one whom Agent Mallory had spoken to on the phone. And since Billy Butcher had gone to the woods,
I am guessing that Billy Butcher must also know about this virus. So for now, if that virus is with Victoria Newman, then she can do a lot of things with it. Possibility number one: she can use it to blackmail the Homelander in exchange for power. We saw that in season 3, the Homelander was harassing her, coming to her house again and again, and threatening to take her daughter. So maybe it is possible that Victoria Newman can blackmail the Homelander with that virus.

Or maybe it is possible that she can use that virus directly on someone. And I don't know who she will use it on. Of course, she can't use it on the Homelander because he is the hero of Boys. Right? Or it is also possible that
That virus can be used directly on Victoria Newman because Boys is built this way. When you think that this can't be done, they will do the same thing tomorrow. So it is possible. This is also a possibility. But yes, this is confirmed: whatever happens with this virus, Whatever happens with Gen V's characters, whatever happens with them, we will get to see all of this in Boys Season 4.

Now the question is, when will season 4 be released? So in 2024, its showrunners recently gave an interview in which they confirmed that They are working on its post-production. A lot of work is going on in VFX and music. And they are almost done with it. Its marketing team is very busy with its promotions as well. So we will get to know its release date very soon. So yeah, I think these were all the questionsthat were roaming in our minds after Gen V. If you still have something in mind, then don't forget to tell us in the comments. And if I missed anything, then tell me that as well.
