Where To Find Good Independent Affiliate Programs
It seems that thousands of companies have chosen to manage their affiliate programs rather than using companies like Linkshare or Commission Junction. Our friends at Five Star Affiliate Programs followed up on a post on a UK collaboration forum where they wondered if the networks were worth their 30% commission. Great Question. The fact is that it takes a lot of money to get into Commission Junction or LinkShare, and there is a lot of well-paying, different programs out there that should at least be updated. Like everything else on the Internet, there are a lot of indicators out there that are on the list of independent affiliate programs, also, like everything else on the Internet.
Some of them write programs from other networks (like Clickbank). Most of them were organized in the same way and had the same sites listed, so I concluded that it was re-packaged content (which I find a lot on the Net these days). I looked at over 25 to 30 of these references, and here are five that I found to be very helpful in the way I liked them: 1. Affiliateseeking.com This was my favorite. They seem to have unique sets, and the interface is accurate. 2. Earnfind.com EarnFind was also great, with lots of excellent links and a great layout. 3. Clickslink.com Not a wrong place, although most listings came from other networks. 4. AffiliatePrograms.com Great site, some great sites.
What I like is the paid listing service, which reduces its bias. 5. AffiliateGuide.com This is a compatible template site. Lots of ads, but some great programs. Did I want to include at least one of these sites? There are many. Here's a great Google tip: type a word or phrase that describes the keyword of the program, and then enter + a managed company. For example, if you want a dog toys agent, you can search for dog toys + membership. You have to restore a lot of programs.
