Never ending conversation Tips
Start your conversation with the current interesting topics. (I consider that you and your crush are well acquainted)
Then you might seek her/his opinion on the same matter. Look, there are no certain keywords that to be used, but make sure that you don't use words that I am going to mention lastly.
Keep your conversation going with these things, then you may think of adding a personal touch of your life in the chat and asking her/him the same. Whenever starting conversation with him/her, use her/his name at the first that gives a feeling of affiliation to the person you're chatting to.
Don't ever end your conversation by saying good night, bye bye etc. These words are helpful enough to get your friendzoned even before you start.
Respect the person's opinion
Of course, you cannot afford losing your crush just for matter of opinion, religious differences.
Even you and your sibling don't share the same view about a particular thing, so relax, everyone else has an opinion (check that the person you're chatting with has his/her opinion because the ones with no opinion of themselves should be left off).
Discussing on your opinion differences, views would also be strong point to lengthen the conversation and keep it going along with your life.

Kindly avoid grammar mistakes. Use any language like a boss.

Don't type Lol, k, ur, v r f9. These kind of irritating won't excite your crush no more and she/he will stop chatting with you right there.
Don't use words like dear, baby, sonu, monu etc. They are new age conversation killers.
Lastly, there are no such keywords, but your language, use of good words (that doesn't contribute for using SAT Vocabulary).
Talk like a boss, but at the same time don't be bossy.
More you chat better you'll get these things in order to continue your would be relation. Once you start, you'll realize that there are numerous topics on which you guys will have a great discussion, conversation. And things should go up in this way.

It is very important to understand whether the person is interested or not. I have a bad habit of not trying too hard for people who give me cold replies.

He- Yeah! talks more about it
*conversation keeps going on, tag him on a random funny pic for once and talk casually)
<If guy is not interested in me>
Me- Hey
He- Hi
Me- heard about some random incident or inquiry?
He- yeah
Me- So.. what are you doing?
He- Nothing Much
Me- Okay .. cool
He- *thumps up*
*end of conversation, unfriend the guy or delete the whole conversation*
So unfortunately for me I can’t talk to guys who give cold replies, call it my female ego or attitude. When you start talking to the person you will understand about his likes and dislikes and with that you will tune in with them. If a girl don’t watch sports then you won’t talk about sports to her likewise since boys don’t have much idea about makeup, girls don’t talk about the makeup stuff to them. They might ask for opinion which is a good thing because for her you are important.
