How do we release flood from the city to maintain good health

Hi, I am back with another big topic for all over the city, today I am going to talk woth you guys government activities to make a big city flood, where there is no service to clean up. What reasons behind these things happens, if the too much water comes on a high pressure, what steps should the goverment take in place to resolve this big issue. In this case people tend to produce noices for the water if it is too high now. Last day  it was a heavy rain suddenly. Now tell me what steps a govenment should start to do the job properly. Rather then leaving the streets on traffic and do not wish to control the city's big problem, there was no emergency team available, no maintainence checker. Now tell me, here comes another question? Why would I vote them who are not willing to clean the city. The stupidity is less, we can manage it, but this kind of flood situation in a city of karachi, it's a big shame for the govenment. Now you and I can see people stuggled to reach their homes within minutes. They took hours to reach their homes. Not even the roads were fully filled up, also they were societies who got effected. So My question is what is the government doing now? In this what do you sujjest? Should the government resign from their posts? I think it would be a great step to fight with the government to beat the hell out of the city soo. So my request is reunite now. We should come together to reunite ourselves to beat the crappy government including their corruption and destroy their badness. Because running away from the roads is not a good idea, if their people were there on the emegency situation, the water coudn't be get above the knees, because yesterday's water flood took us so close to death. Now you must see, why this government is so failed to maintain the city's chaos. I am asking you to come along and beat this government once and for all to save the big city. Because it gives you a revenue of bisuness, if this city is facing a flood now, then the government should take an action to clean the whole city in an emergency. Clean the whole garbage from all over karachi immediately and they should resign immediately. My request is reunite to save karachi now. Thank you.
