My name is Zubair, today i come from a very important experience in an education system,
most of the people think that they are very much successful in putting everyone by pressurising them, they always say that we can put everyone under pressure by saying nothing in a truth and a bunch of lie, stuck them in a pressure of bad activities, this is very serious act. According to the education system, if some one is much more educated than you, then you don't need to take a pressure by yourself that your job is in danger because of his good quality. you must think if you did not study as much as you have to be, this is very bad for your career. You must think about why you became a leader. but you take it wrongly. you should be thankful to those who care for you and put you out of danger by their own efforts to make you happy. Just think about it. Do respect to other people who give you respect, do support them well who love to work under your leadership. Thank you
