My first kiss with a girl was about when I was age 12. We both had braces, the older metal kind from the 1980s. It was a dare to see if the urban myth was true to see if 2 people could lock their braces together during kissing.
Yes, in some circumstances, the braces get locked. And yes, we did get locked together.

I had the classic teenage first kiss in a movie theater, the day after my 14th birthday! Except my boyfriend and I were both super nervous when we started dating so we actually planned how we wanted our first kiss to go down. It was supposed to happen at the movie and not in the first 20 minutes or the last 20 minutes. He picked the new “Superman: Man of Steel” movie to take me to because it was going to be long. He did the yawning arm thing! He kissed me on the forehead and told me I looked beautiful when we sat down. I could tell he was extremely anxious to get it right. For the first thirty minutes we just sat in silence and I actually tried to watch the movie and ignore the fact that he was essentially just watching my reactions and occasionally asking if I liked it. I forgot exactly when, but at some point he just said “Amanda!” so I turned to look to him and he just leaned in very quickly and kissed me—-before I even had time to properly react :)

Truth or dare. Over the summer of last year not too long after I had turned 13, I went on a camping trip with 11 other kids I didn’t know around my same age. I arrived at the airport after flying in from NYC, and instantly locked eyes with this beautiful girl. About a week into the two week trip we found ourselves the center of a truth or dare game and I was dared to kiss her. This was amazingly awkward, but it was both of our first kisses and we wanted to. And that was that. A couple days later, we were dared to make out, so I found a secluded area in our campgrounds and invited her over. Yet again, amazingly awkward, but still worth it. We are now dating, a year later, as she happened to also live in NYC. Though it was super awkward it was definately worth it.

Word of advice: don’t eat anything exceptionally… flavorful before your first kiss.
I had my first kiss in middle school, and it was during a particularly raunchy game of Truth or Dare. Unfortunately, the boy had just eaten a family-sized bag of Old Bay Potato Chips. Upon kissing him, he stuck his rigid chip-and-spice-covered tongue into my mouth, and I promptly vomited all over both of us.
I’m from Maryland, where Old Bay on seafood and french fries is practically a religion, and that experience has forever ruined me from enjoying the taste of my home state’s worshiped seasoning.

I was 14, it was summer and in hotel there was one family. we are spending every summer in that hotel and my cousin knows him very well. that summer we (me and that boy) met and at first he was thinking I liked his brother, but tbh, I liked only him :D then that boy asked me to go out and start things like: “moon is so beautiful” I said “ yes” and smiled, then he said “so are you” and I already knew he liked me. next day he asked me to go on the veranda, it was really beautiful view :D we were laughing and saying stupid things, then he asked: “wait, really, you haven’t ever kissed?” I said: “No…” “Ahh, and I am already master of it…” “how many times have you kissed?” - I asked, “once. and she was the only one who kissed, really.” we both laughed, he came to me, touched my hair and kissed me… :D to be honest, now I’m 16 and we are still together, whatever he lives in another country ^_^ <3

How do you kiss when you are only 14-years-old?
I am fifteen (oh no) so I may be a tad overqualified but, from my experience,
You make sure you both want to kiss. You can either ask (preferred) or stare longingly into your lover's eyes until they get the idea (sarcasm)
You lean slowly towards them - they are the scared prey after all…
You press your lips together.
At fourteen, my advice, take it slow. Start with a little peck and if you wanna get adventurous, explore with your datemate or whoever you are kissing. Kissing isn't all that hard. Just touch the lips and smoochie smoochie. Just go at your own pace, be comfortable, and don't rush.
You're fourteen. You don't need to rush with the love stuff. Or even do it at all. What's love but a chemical reaction?
Just have fun and, to quote Mean Girls - Don't have s e x, because you will get pregnant and die! Don't have s e xin the missionary position, don't have s e x standing up, just don't do it, ok, promise?
OK, now everybody take some rubbers.

Well, I don’t know about most teenagers, but I do know about my first kiss. And it was hella awkward because I’m hella awkward.
I had my first kiss when I had just turned 15 years old with my first ever boyfriend. So we had probably been hanging out for just about two weeks and we were sitting on his sofa, chilling in front of a computer screen. Then he told me to turn away from the screen because he was going to write something. When I turned around to face the screen again he had typed into Google “The first kiss”. And he just looked at me, smiling shyly, and of course very cute. I panicked. I laughed a bit. I looked away. And then I kind of ruined it from there. I said this: “Ehhh… Well I have to leave in like two minutes, can’t we just take it then?”
WHO THE HELL SAYS THAT
So two minutes later, we were at the door, looking at each other again. Silence for 30sec. A hug. And then we turned our heads and kissed. Wait, no let me phrase it better, we slightly touched with our lips for one millisecond. After that I left without saying anything and literally ran home.
The next time we met he asked if I was okay with the kissing thing and thought he had scared me off. Oh, what a sweet boy.

Mine happened at one am at a sleepover at my friends’ house.
After staying up watching 2001 Space Odyssey, we were blearily sitting around on our phones when my friend suddenly asked if I would be okay with kissing her. I'd had a crush on her for a few months, and after saying “yes” a little too quickly, we pecked lips and I almost fainted. We tried again, this time with tongue, but it felt a little too weird for me and we stopped.
I think it's very common for teenage girls to have their first at a sleepover- probably from playing Spin The Bottle, like a lot of my friends have said they've had theirs.
