How did meat begin to be eaten in history by Humans?
You have probably heard the phrase many times, "You are what you eat." Have you ever really wondered what it means? And what do you think of when making food choices?
Somehow, we become what we eat, literally. Have you ever seen an example of your blood plasma after eating a fast-food hamburger? What was previously clear liquid containing clouds with fat and cholesterol absorbed from eating the most powerful hamburger?
And when you think about it, we also become what we don't eat. When we stop eating meat and eat only vegetarian foods, we become less fat and prone to many cancer types. Our cholesterol can improve. When we lose weight and eat fewer animal products, many other health and fitness issues are reduced. Type II diabetes mellitus decreases. Blood pressure drops to normal levels. If you are healthy, you are taking a few medicines. Even if you have a prescription drug in your health plan, you save money by paying for a few medications.
If you have a family history of high cholesterol or high blood pressure, you need to review your eating habits. Advances in vegetarian diets have been shown statistically to reduce the incidence of many diseases in developed countries. Vegetarians are statistically healthier than people with omnivores; they depend on it and live longer.
Isn’t it time to think about what you want to be and how to eat properly? Do you want to be lazy and overweight? Are you looking for the dangers associated with eating animal products and high-fat content? Or do you want to look your best and be a vegetarian? Dependence and resilience in long-awaited life. It is not too late to change what you are doing and increase your chances of a long, healthy life.
Important note: People do not always have meat to eat.
Have you ever asked yourself how far we have strayed from the path of our pre-historic ancestors and how they are to eat? Think about how the first humans evolved and what they ate. They were hunter-gatherers, and it has not the characteristics of the predators in general. Human beings are not designed to take the animals from one another and their bodies. If you are looking for carnivores such as feral cats and dogs, you can see that their teeth are designed to rip and tear and not chew it.
The man went from a vegetarian to be. Our digestive system is not adapted to eating meat. The world is a relatively recent event in human history and likely to have been born with the ability and need. The older man may be observed in carnivores, meat-eating. When they couldn't find a natural food, which they were accustomed to, such as fruits, vegetables, nuts, and grains, we should assume that the consumption of meat, at least, assisted living.
But first, we need to imitate the creatures that we have evolved to be referred to as a be similar in monkeys. Even in pre-historic times, for the great apes, which was similar to the man, walking, usually in an upright position, with the arms and hands. Of course, We have obtained some of our own food, pet food, roots, berries, fruits, and nuts. We saw monkeys peel bananas, groundnuts on the rocks to get to the meat of nuts.
We would have a longer life, every minute of every day, constantly on the lookout for food. Hunting, after all, will require thought and planning. The food is required in preparation for, and, most importantly, the use of fire. Until the man opened fire, he was actually beginning to live within the natural order of things. Vegetarian food is a natural way to eat it other than to have a healthy diet. This is a way to balance with the earth and does not seek to dominate and conquer it.
The reality is: Why do people start eating meat?
It must have seemed unnatural. First, it is animal flesh. After all, they're not that far away from the animal. Maybe they felt like it. There may not be such a great intellectual distinction between humans and other animals. If men were pure vegetarians, they have lived in harmony with the earth and the other beings that inhabit the planet with them. Their closest relatives, the apes, the vegetarians, had. The food, the produce of the ground, plants, seeds, cereals, and fruit can be plucked and eaten; it would seem that the natural order of things.
But necessity is the mother of invention. The prehistoric people lived in the ice of the frozen areas or areas affected by the fire and ate everything to survive. Just as the football players whose plane crashed in the mountains of Chile and was forced to eat the flesh of the other players, who also died in the crash, which is the oldest person, at a certain point, I needed to choose to survive, and in the flesh for the first time, and the change in the human history, with the health forever.
We can imagine that the first people to eat the meat, roasted or boiled, result from a natural fire. We were able to eat raw meat and later as needed, but we can also suggest that our early digestive system in a rebellion against the eating of raw meat.
Imagine eating raw food and fruits for many centuries and the sudden inclusion of meat or meat products from your body. You may have heard that you have vegetarian friends and tell stories about how they are trying to eat meat and then get very sick.
Biologists say that we are not made to eat meat, but we are already getting used to it. However, in the entire history of human history, meat consumption is a relatively recent evolutionary development.
