According to crazed.net, the incident took place in 2021 at the Reptiles Center. Children—who were celebrating a birthday party—gathered around the crocodile cage and watched the zookeeper, Lindsay Bull feed lunch to the reptile. The 11-year-old and eight-and-a-half-foot-long crocodile suddenly grabbed the zookeeper's hand, locked its jaws, and started dragging her.

Reports added that a 48-year-old visitor jumped into the tank and tried releasing the zookeeper's hand. Further, another worker at the zoo pulled the victim away from the crocodile. The video also shows children crying around the cage.
