 Dr. Ancel keys (physiologist):

Dr. Ancel keys were the physician of Dwight Eisenhower.

In 1955, Dwight Eisenhower's heart attack fueled national fear of heart disease. He gave a hypothesis in which  he emphasizes that

"The Lipid Hypothesis" high dietary fat and cholesterol levels, would clog arteries and lead to heart disease.

 "The Seven Countries Study":

Many years later Dr. Ancel's key Hypothesis, some physiologists found "The Seven Countries Study" which vilified fat and cherry-picked data from countries that had high-fat diets and low rates of heart disease.

Natural foods are the best source for the production of good cholesterol and are the best medicine for whole diseases.

 Importance of Cholesterol:

Cholesterol is very important for the human body to perform work. And play an essential role in the production of hormones. Some hormones are created from cholesterol like,

1: Estrogen.

2: Progesterone.

3: Androgen.

4: Cortisol.

5: Aldosterone.

Side effects of low cholesterol level:

1: It will cause low libido.

2: Brain atrophy.

3: Depression increases.

4: Increase in stress.

5: Irritability.

6: Anxiety.

7: Insomnia.

8: Low vitamin (A, D, E, and K) levels.

9: Reduce cognitive function.

10: Risk of suicide.

11: Gall stones.

Importance of Fats in the production of Vitamins:

Vitamins like D, A, E, and K can't absorb in your body because of a low intake of fats. The production of vitamins is associated with bile, bile is produced when we take fats in good quantity. More intake of carbohydrates causes poor production of bile, and bile in lower quantities causes the poor absorption of vitamins.

Vitamins have an important role in the human body. They give us the strength to perform a job. Low cholesterol levels reduce the creativity of the brain.

 The Framingham Heart Study:

In the 1970s, Framingham Heart was mentioned again and again "The more saturated fat one ate, the more cholesterol one ate, the more calories one ate, the lower the person's serum cholesterol".

Now we can find the people who ate the most cholesterol, ate the most saturated fat, ate the most calories, weighed the least, and were the most physically active.

 Don't blame fats:

It has been the most vilified nutrient in the American diet for decades. Be that as it may, new science uncovers fat isn't what's stinging our wellbeing.

Animal foods are rich in cholesterol:

Animal foods are rich in cholesterol.

1: Egg yolk.

2: Butter.

3: Meat.

4: Fish.

5: Organ meat (heart, liver, and brain).

6: bone broth.

 How to increase good cholesterol:

There is no medicine found that can increase the cholesterol levels in the human body. Foods and HDL can only increase cholesterol, like HDL (high-density lipoprotein) cholesterol have an important role in building our body.

 Importance of HDL cholesterol:

1: It transports fats from the cell to the liver and then to the adrenal, ovaries, and testes, as we have discussed above that cholesterol plays an important part in the production of hormones. HDL cholesterol is very important in the production of not only hormones but also performs major functions in the body.

2: Help to decrease the inflammation in the body.

3: Decrease oxidation and clotting.

How we can increase HDL cholesterol:

 1: Fasting.

2: Low carbohydrate, moderate protein, and high-fat diet.

3: Regular exercise, both aerobic and anaerobic.

Good fats like HDL are found in,

1: Egg yolk.

2: Coconut oil.

3: Extra virgin olive oil.

4: MCT oil (made from coconut oil as well).

5: Grass-fed butter.

6: Grass-fed meat.

7: Omega-3 fatty fish.

8: Vitamin B3 (niacin).

9: Vegetable fiber because bacteria (probiotics) in our stomach eat vegetable fiber and convert them into MCT oil cholesterol.

10: Stop smoking.

11: Avoid trans fat and vegetable oil.

12: Low magnesium also lowers HDL levels so, magnesium level is very important to balance our HDL level.
