How celebrate Defence Day marked in SW

Islamabad: Ceremonies were held across various schools in South Waziristan to commemorate Defence and Martyrs Day 2025.

Events took place at Malik Abdul Khaliq Shaheed Public School Wana, Sher Nawaz Shaheed Public School Sararogha, Falcon Public School Bibi Ragzai, and Pir Roshan Public School Kanigram.

Special activities titled “A Day with Pakistan Army” were organized for students, featuring displays of light and heavy weapons.

Students not only learned about military equipment but also had the chance to directly interact with army personnel.

Army officers and soldiers attended the events, encouraging the children. Students participated in flag-hoisting ceremonies alongside the army and offered collective prayers for the country’s security.

Patriotic songs and vibrant tableaus were performed by students, which were widely appreciated for their creativity and spirit.

The ceremonies concluded with the distribution of prizes among outstanding students and resounding chants of “Pakistan Zindabad.”
