HOW CAN WE PLAN OUR DIET FOR OUR HEALTH

TO STAY HEALTHY, BEWARE OF YOUR HEALTH.

Water

For better health, you should drink at least 10 glasses of water a day in winter or summer. In summer, we drink very small quantity of water, which affect our digestive system.

Dark green vegetables

Eat dark green vegetables at least twice a week. Good options are broccoli, bell pepper, Brussels sprouts, and leafy vegetables like kale and spinach.

Full grain

Eat grain at least twice a day. Look for whole wheat, rye, oatmeal, barley, spinach, quinoa, or multigrain flour. A good source of fiber is 3 to 4 grams of fiber per serving.

Beans and creators

Try to eat nutty foods at least once a week. Try adding whole grains, including peas and lentils, soups, stews, stews, salads, and sauces, or just eat them.

Fish

Try to eat two to three fish a week. One serving is 3 to 4 ounces of cooked fish. Salmon, trout, herring, bluefish, sardines, and tuna are all good choices.

Fruits

Add two to four fruits to your diet each day. Try to eat berries like raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, and strawberries.

Winter squash

Eat pumpkins made of walnuts and acorns, as well as other dark and green, orange, sweet potatoes, melons, and mangoes.

Soy beans

25 grams of soy protein a day is recommended as part of a low-fat diet to lower cholesterol. Try tofu, soy milk, edamame soy, temper, and chopped vegetable protein (PVT).

Flax seeds, nuts, and seeds

Add 1 to 2 teaspoons of ground flax seed or other seeds to your daily diet, or add a small amount of nuts - 1/4 cup - to your daily diet.

Organic Yogurt

Men and women between the ages of 19 and 50 need 1,000 milligrams of calcium a day, ranging in age from 50 to 1,200 milligrams. Eat foods high in calcium, such as low-fat or low-fat dairy products, three to four times a day. Include living decisions.

Spinach

If he's good enough for Popeye, he's good enough for you. Spinach is a nutrient-dense super food and, thanks to its growing popularity, is easily available in almost any supermarket. Whether it's fresh, frozen, or even canned, our pipe-smoking seafaring friends love it. Spinach is one of the healthiest foods in the world, full of energy and low in calories at the same time. It is also a great source of vitamins A, K, and essential folic acid.

Galician

Granted, it can make your breath stink, but believe me, the benefits it offers are worth it. Garlic has been used to fight disease for centuries because it inhibits the growth of bacteria. It also lowers cholesterol, blood pressure, and is a powerful anti-inflammatory agent. So ignore the smell, buy a mouthwash, and buy garlic.

Beetroot

Purple vegetables are sometimes overlooked when it comes to healthy eating in the market. But there is an argument that it can still be super food, and we agree. Beets are good for the brain and can lower blood pressure. Recent health claims also suggest that exercise makes it more effective and may even help prevent dementia. These root vegetables are rich in folic acid, magnesium, and vitamin C, so add them to your salads from now on.
