How can we choose freelancing as a career?

How many of you would like to earn extra money by making a small amount of extra work?

In college I got to know that I could make money, sitting at home doing some computer work. I didn’t need the extra money for any reason but as I got a little deeper into computers and programs, I thought it would be a great way to polish my skills and earn extra dollars. It seemed an easy way to make more money, so I learned more about the same. Through my research I have come to the conclusion that software development is one of the most important skills for making money online, I had some basic knowledge of how to make a website so I started bidding on freelancing websites to get a job. It started to go well and when I finished my engineering I had enough experience with the clients to continue working full-time. I worked as a freelance software developer for about 2 years after completing my B.Tech, from Pune / co-operative center.

The way it works is for people who want to do a specific job, submit a project and its description to a website like freelancer.com, there are many similar websites. Some people who are willing to do the work, search for projects they like and send feedback on projects posted with their portfolios and bid amount. Now the buyer has the option of bidding on the bids he has received. Once a bid is selected, the seller has the opportunity to ask the buyer to pay for the necessary steps as the work is completed and to keep a certain amount in escrow, so that the buyer can cheat the seller and vice versa.

The type of work available online varies from software development, content writing, language translation, data entry and similar services that can be easily delivered online and much more.

There are many websites where you can find private projects, depending on the job you are looking for, the resources may vary:

a) One of the websites, many beginners call freelancer.com, as it has a very good rating on google, considering the profits it makes due to its name.

b) Another great website oDesk.com (now active), seems to be the most popular job search website.

c) The most interesting market place that began in 2010 and managed to find a good part of the Findr.rd Market, the word Finderm came from its thoughts that the seller must make a set of services. provide $ 5, the buyer can browse through various gigs and choose the service he would like to purchase, there is an option to attach a video to your gig which has made it even more fun to browse the gigs.

d) There is another great crowdourcing website called peopleperhour.com where users, i.e. buyers and sellers, especially those from the United Kingdom, are probably because it was founded in London. But nothing prevents you from joining and getting or posting a job there.

You have to wonder how payments are made worldwide on websites like these as the buyer and seller are usually from different countries, to make it easier to pay than the various online payment systems supported by these websites, which are very popular on these. The payment system is Paypal, it takes a certain amount of everything it does and provides a secure and smooth experience to transfer or earn money.

One of the most important things about profiles on these freelancing websites is the rating, the user has, after completing the job the seller and buyer have the option to give a rating to each other. When a profile gets a good number of positive ratings it usually attracts more customers and thus has the option to take more orders or increase the price of the service they offer.

There are many startups based on the services of these websites as the main source of revenue for projects. The same can be observed by visiting the sources I mentioned and estimating the cash flow that occurs on these crowdsourcing websites. Thanks to websites like these people they have the option to sell their skills in different countries and build their business overseas very easily.

In my career I was not able to make money that I used to see flowing online because I chose the projects I was accepting for and other reasons. When a person aims to make money by working freely, there is a huge market online.
