How can I lose 7 kg, in a week?

 Introduction

If you want to build muscle fast, you need to train each body part at least twice per week. If you’re focused on weight loss, you can train each body part once per week - however, try to keep your workouts short and intense. You don't want to get bored doing the same thing over and over again.

You should drink at least two liters of water per day. Drink before and after training, as well as every day. Make sure your water is pure; you don't want any additives in it.

Alcohol dehydrates you, making it harder for you to maintain a workout routine. Alcohol blunts your judgment, memory, coordination, and reflexes, thus preventing you from getting maximum results. In addition, consuming alcohol makes you hungrier and thirstier. As a result, you'll likely end up overeating and drinking even more fluids. Not only will this increase your calorie intake, but it might also make you want to binge on junk food instead (which increases your chances of gaining weight).

 Cut back on junk food,

This should go without saying. But having a balanced diet will help you achieve your weight loss goals quicker. Junk foods may taste great, but they pack on pounds faster than anything else. So if you are trying to burn fat, avoid these things. Instead, have a plate of broccoli and chicken breast every day.

   Exercise every day

Exercise is not just good for the body, it's also good for the brain. And that means you'll find it easier to stick to your exercise plan. If you do any kind of activity (walking, running, swimming) aim to get at least 30 minutes five days a week for the best results. You don't even have to go crazy - 10-20 minutes twice a week is enough to start seeing results.

   Drink coffee

Coffee helps boost metabolism and burn calories. It also keeps you awake throughout the day, which makes sure you're burning calories whether you're watching TV or sleeping. However, make sure you drink black coffee only, with no cream or sugar! Too many added creamers will keep you full longer, making you want to consume unhealthy snacks like chips and cookies.

   Rest well

It sounds simple, but getting some sleep each night will help you lose weight. When you've had a long day, your body naturally wants to slow down and relaxes before bedtime. By staying up late, your body never gets the chance to rest. A tired body burns fewer calories, so try and get 8 hours of sleep each night.

  Avoid processed foods

The foods we eat today tend to be heavily processed and full of preservatives, additives, and artificial ingredients. All of these things can increase our appetite and interfere with our ability to control calories. Make sure you read the labels carefully and buy products that have less than 20 ingredients, including salt, sugar, and oil.

  Eat smaller meals

By spreading out your daily calorie intake, you'll be able to stay fuller longer and eat less without feeling hungry. Have 6 small meals instead of three big ones, and save yourself from overeating.

  Use the bathroom regularly

Keeping up your hygiene goes a long way. Flush the toilet after each use, wipe the seat, wash your hands thoroughly, and dry them off properly. Scrubbing your private parts and using antibacterial soap will help prevent infections. If you haven't been washing thoroughly enough, put a few drops of tea tree oil around the area where you need to cleanse. Tea tree oil kills bacteria and prevents odor.
