HOW CAN I EASILY LOOSE MY WEIGHT?

Tips to help you lose weight:-

  • Plan your proper meal -breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks for the week; make sure you can take your calories properly.
  • Do not eat junk food like chocolates, crisps, fried food, fizzy drink.
  • Do not ban foods as it only makes you crave them more. You can take your daily calories allowance.
  • Eat food containing lots of fiber, such as oats, fruits, beans, brown rice, etc., and contain lean protein plus filling fat such as nuts, nut butter, unsweetened Greek yogurt, etc.

  • Drink plenty of water. It can help combat bloating, but you can also consume high water content foods such as watermelon, cucumber, tomatoes, pineapple, grapes, celery, etc.
  • You can try intermittent fasting, which means consuming meals within a shorter time period during the day. Fast for 16 hours and eat only during an 8-hour window. Short-term intermittent fasting, which is up to 24 weeks, leads to weight loss in overweight individuals.
  • Try alternate day fasting. Fast every other day and normally eat on non-fasting days. On fasting days, take 500-600 calories.
  • Tracking your diet and exercise. You should be aware of everything that you eat and drink each day.
  • Eat more vegetables. If you think about making any meal, mostly veggies(at least 50% of anything you are having), you are on the right track to better health.

  • Do not skip your breakfast. All meals are important, but breakfast is what helps you start your day on the right track. Aim to eat anywhere between 400-500 calories for your morning meal.
  • Drink more coffee. Caffeine is a natural diuretic that can reduce bloating and is an excellent antioxidants source, protecting your cells from damage.
Tea is also a natural diuretic, and types of herbal tea such as dandelion or fennel root can also lend a hand. Green tea drinkers burned about 70 additional calories in a 24 hours period. Black tea also promotes weight loss. It reduced the number of gut bacteria associated with obesity while increasing the gut bacteria related to lean body mass.
  • Don't drink sugary beverages. If you consume sweetened coffee and tea, alcoholic beverages, and soft drinks during the day, you will take in at least 800 extra calories by nighttime, and you are still hungry.

  • Exercising at any time is good for you, but evening activity may be particularly beneficial beacuse many people's metabolism slows down toward the end of the day. 30 minutes of aerobic activity before dinner increases metabolic rate and may keep it elevated for another 2 or 3 hours, even after you have stopped moving.
  • Go to bed earlier. A ton of research demonstrates that getting less than the desired amount of about seven hours of sleep per night can slow down your metabolism. When you are awake for longer, you are naturally more likely to snack on midnight munchies.
  • Drink vegetable juice; a 12-week study had participants limit daily caloric intake to 1,600 for women and 1,800. Drinking a glass of grapefruit juice may have some weight loss benefits.

  • Get more active. Being active is key to losing weight and keeping it off. As well as providing lots of health benefits, exercise can help burn off the excess calories you cannot lose through diet alone.
