How Can Green Tea Benefit My Family

No doubt you have heard of Green Tea and the health benefits of drinking it.

Do you give your family this powerful antioxidant every day?

Here are some suggestions on how to look or get an appointment for Green Tea.

Historically, Green Tea has been one of the most popular beverages in the world. The Chinese have been drinking it for thousands of years. It is now the second most popular drink in the world, after water!

Green tea is made from the Camellia Sinensis… plant as a black tea. The difference is that Green Tea is unleavened, which means that its powerful antioxidant properties are perfect.

The power of Green Tea is found in catechin polyphenols, especially a substance called epigallocatechin gallate (say that 5 times faster!). EGCG is a powerful anti-oxidant: it not only inhibits plant growth but also kills cancer cells without damaging healthy tissue.

Green Tea reported on:

* Helping to lose weight.

According to a study conducted at the University of Geneva in Switzerland, Green Tea appears to help the body burn more calories.

Green Tea also slows down the release of carbohydrates from the body, preventing a sharp rise in blood sugar.

I know a couple who lost ten pounds [10 kg] each for the first few weeks after drinking Green tea daily, with no further changes in their diet.

* Strengthens the immune system.

Green Tea is one of the most powerful antioxidants available. It also contains some vitamins and minerals. Green Tea reduces the risk of cancer.

In 1994 the Journal of the National Cancer Institute published the results of an epidemiological study showing that drinking Green tea reduced the risk of throat cancer in Chinese men and women by about 60 percent. Researchers at Purdue University recently concluded that the combination of Green Tea inhibits the growth of cancer cells.

A September 1997 study by the University of Kansas reported that Green tea has the highest value of any known antioxidant. EGCG (the antioxidant compound found in Green Tea) is 100 times more effective than Vitamin C and twice as potent as resveratrol (an antioxidant in red wine).

* Lower cholesterol

Scientists at the University of California find that caffeine in coffee is added to coffee bean oil, which raises cholesterol levels.

In contrast, studies show that drinking Green tea lowers total cholesterol levels, as well as improves the ratio of good cholesterol (HDL) to bad (LDL) cholesterol.

Green Tea Benefits Mothers

* Helps with morning sickness

There are no studies to prove this, this is a personal opinion.

I was sick very early, for a long time, and all three of my pregnancies.

With my third child, I received Green Tea and realized that when I drank it, it not only relieved nausea but also seemed to have little effect on my appetite and helped me to keep my appetite down. I guess that the astringent effect of polyphenols caused this.

Historically Green Tea has been used as a digestive aid. That can be helpful for a pregnant woman.

* Improving natural energy

Also, I have not been able to find any studies that have proven this, but I do drink Green Tea primarily to increase the natural energy it gives me, without the negative side effects. I used to drink coffee in the afternoon, shivering and hyper, but I fell asleep later.

Green tea does not cause those side effects, and it does give me the same feeling of “removing the moss” from my brain.

Why doesn't Mom need this?

* Reduce the risk of blood clots

Green tea is effective in preventing abnormal blood clotting, which is especially important during pregnancy.

Green tea is non-toxic and safe. It does not cause birth defects and does not adversely affect pregnancy and lactation.

In fact, in a study conducted at the Kaiser Permanente Medical Care Program of Northern California, researchers found that women who drank more than half a cup of green tea daily were twice as likely to become pregnant.

No significant compounds were found in other beverages, researchers concluded that a certain chemical component of tea may be responsible for fertility.

Green Tea Benefits Children!

* Helps prevent tooth decay

Green tea can kill germs that cause plaque. Does your baby's juice do that?

Have trouble getting your child to eat his vegetables?

A cup of Green Tea is stronger than an antioxidant than a cup of broccoli or spinach!

* Helps prevent disease

Previous studies prove that Green Tea can weaken germs, including those that cause diarrhea, pneumonia, cystitis, and skin diseases.

A new study by Milton Schiffenbauer of Pace University found that Green Tea inhibits bacteria.

Recent research at Harvard has shown that tea chemicals that stimulate T-cells strengthen their defenses against bacteria and viruses.

Can a minor illness make life more comfortable in your home?

* Ok, so why not drink Green Tea already?

If you are like me, it is because the Green Tea you tried tasted so bad. I have tried many types that remind me of the ointment on the watch ... no I am not kidding!

Here is your life!
