 9.  Wash eggs in ice-cold water, then put them in the fridge. There's nothing sterile about an egg that came from the funk corral. 

10. Buy your meat, especially hamburger, from a trusty botcher shop. Always buy fresh.

 

 11. You should have a meat thermometer and make sure all meat is cooked to the right temperature to kill the dangerous bacteria in flesh, flesh and fish. 

12. Wash your hands regularly, and remember this thing. Don't forget.

 

 13. Plan your grocery shopping, so you go home incontinent after you buy perishable foods.
