The skin is the sensitive part in the body. It protects against infections and diseases, regulates temperature and the production of vitamins. To maintain skin healthy is important for overall beauty, even though most of us are interested in being able to keep our skin looking healthy, rather than keeping it really healthy.
The best way to keep skin looking healthy - thin, smooth, shiny, soft, soft and free of wrinkles - is to avoid sunburn.
Ultraviolet (UV) radiation from the sun causes a rash that looks healthy, but it does serious damage to the skin in color, sunburn and loss of elasticity. This can lead to premature aging in the form of wrinkles, fine lines, deterioration, dark skin, uneven skin tone, enlarged pores and dryness. Even the best genes, skin-lightening treatments and oral ingredients will not be effective if the person's skin is thick.
Keeping it away from the sun helps, but if you can't avoid it, you need to make sure you use sunscreen. This is especially important if exposure to the sunlight takes a long time.
If we think that a person is still conscious of exposure to the sun, how can we continue to improve our skin condition? We know that certain oral supplements are effective for good skin health, but what are these ingredients and how effective are they?
Internal Addition
The first group will be the vitamins and minerals, which are essential for the proper functioning of all the organs.
Vitamins and minerals that can affect skin health include B-complex, especially B1 (thiamine), B2 (riboflavin) and B12 (cyanocobalamine). The apparent deficiency of vitamins B1 and B2 can cause specific types of dermatitis (a type of skin inflammation). B12 deficiency is really dangerous for fast-moving neurons and cells, including skin cells.
In addition to B vitamins, deficiency of vitamin C, iron and copper also affects skin health. All three are compulsory for the formation of collagen, a key protein in the skin, which replenishes the skin and gives us tone.
Vitamin A is essential for the normal life cycle of skin tissues. Vitamin A deficiency causes the skin to become dry and wrinkled. On the other side, taking too much vitamin A may be more dangerous and should be avoided.
Vitamins C and E, as well as beta-carotene, have been considered anti-oxidants that reduce free radicals. However, although free radicals and the role of anti-oxidants are clearly, clinical results have not been proven strongly when additional vitamins and other micronutrients improve skin quality and detract from the aging process.
Excess doses can be as dangerous as shortages, so it is best to comply with the recommended daily allowance (RDA).
Topic Help
Oral ingredients should be compatible with the ingredients used - sunscreen at least SPF 30, creams (preferably with white skin agent) and moisturizer (preferably with a skin lightening agent). Compared to recent applications, the effects of oral ingredients are slow and subtle. User should be realistic about what they expect because the results will certainly not show up in some days or in a week.
We recommend a holistic approach to skin health, which includes:
* A healthy diet that includes all food groups as well as vitamins, minerals and micronutrients.
* Maintain a healthy attitude. It is well known that other skin conditions - such as acne and eczema - are more common among sufferers.
* If you smoke, don't smoke. Smoke can create free radicals, damage skin micro-circulation and causes tooth decay and other diseases.
* Avoid the sunlight and use a good sunscreen daily.
