How can a writer earn money through YouTube?

PUBLISHING BOOK THROUGH YOUTUBE

Youtube books are ubiquitous nowadays. But most of them are audiobooks. Why should we burn our data in a video streaming app to listen to someone? Why can’t they use some other platform like Spotify? If none of the YouTube audiobook listeners are reading this, I am partially correct. Your tube books can do a lot to people who find pages heavy to turn!

Let me directly come to the matter: if we are there to publish our book through a video streaming platform like YouTube, why don’t we try a video form of the book? Sounds interesting? Then let us begin. For this, you would need a smartphone, a document creator (like Google docs) poster designing app (canvas, as I always suggest), a Photo album app Screen recorder, and a video editing app. If you have all these, follow these simple steps to create a video book:

Create a document of the book.

The document simply means the typed form of the manuscript. Make sure that you type in an attractive font. After ordering, leave space between sentences such that the words between left spaces would appear on a page of the book. (If you find it difficult, use canvas to define the size of the page of the photo album maker.)

Create a photo album of screenshots.

After leaving the space equally, take the screenshot such that the words that should appear on a single page are available alone in a single screenshot. Similarly, take the screenshot of the whole document and paste it into the photo album's pages created in the photo album app. Note that the photo album app should have page-turning animation.

Screen record the book with your voice.

When the album is completed, it will look like an eBook. Switch on the screen recorder of your smartphone and open the album you have created. Start recording the screen while you read aloud the book in your voice. Turn the pages when you finish reading it. Similarly, complete reading the book. You can edit this video to fit the size of youtube, add an intro video and thumbnail, and even add soothing light background music that lacks copyright.

Post a YouTube video.

When the video is completed, you can post (upload) it on youtube. There is a funny thing that many still believe that starting a channel on youtube is complex as creating a television channel! If you are an android user and have a Gmail id, you automatically have a YouTube channel. Find it at the right corner of when you open the YouTube app, as a circle with the first letter of your Google account name. Remember that your channel would be named after your Google account name, so creating a new Google account with a new Gmail ID is better. So, waiting for your video book!!!
