How Burning Fat Vs Burning Calories

To lose weight and get in shape you must have a good diet and exercise regularly to burn ***. The first thing you should understand about exercise is that just because you're burning calories doesn't mean you're burning ***. When you exercise your main focus should be to lose body***, and you can't lose body*** just by burning calories.

When we exercise, our body starts burning calories, but the calories we burn are calories from carbohydrates present in our system. In order to burn calories from your stored s***, your body needs the presence of oxygen. There is a certain amount of oxygen that your body needs to start burning *** and the only way for you to measure the amount your body needs is to maintain your target heart rate during exercise. Please understand that if you continue to burn calories only from carbohydrates, you will lose most of the "water weight" that slows down your metabolism. Also, think of the calories you burn from carbohydrates as energy calories. If you lose too many energy calories your muscles will not receive enough energy to increase your metabolism which indirectly burns ***. So you should increase your caloric intake when you are on an exercise program to replace your burned energy calories.

Burning *** Calories During Exercise

During aerobic exercise, your body goes through several phases before reaching the point where you are burning***. You may have heard people say that during the first 10 minutes of exercise you are only burning sugar (carbohydrates) *** NO. This is true to an extent. I'm saying this because if you're not working hard enough to get your body to need more oxygen, you'll still be burning sugar after 10 minutes; Or you're working too hard and you can't supply enough oxygen to your body to burn s***. When you exercise you should move at a steady pace (not too fast, not too slow) so that your body will use your stored *** (not carbohydrates or sugar) as its energy source. Also remember that just because you've reached a s*** burning stage doesn't mean you'll be there. *** Staying in the sizzling state once again depends on whether you are moving at a pace that is right for your body. Make sure you are within your target heart rate range.

Burning *** Calories at Rest

The only way for you to continue burning *** calories even hours after you finish a workout is through the anaerobic exercise of weight training. Weight training *** is the key to burning comfortably. Weight training is an anaerobic activity that will cause you to burn more calories than aerobic exercise. The calories you're burning during weight training exercises are mostly calories from carbohydrates (meaning you need to eat even more calories per day for energy); But the calories you burn at rest are mostly calories from s***. The reason you are burning **** at rest is because weight training increases your metabolism which uses your stored *** as energy.

You must do aerobic (cardio) and anaerobic (weight training) exercises to make your body the ultimate *** burning machine
