Breast cancer occurs when a cell in our breast called a tumor gets out of control, damaging nearby tissues and spreading everywhere. Because the tumor takes a long time to grow, it may not be easy to detect the tumor during self-examination. But they can be detected by mammogram.
The best treatment for breast cancer - early detection. Once cancer is detected, it becomes easier for doctors and you to fight it. By the age of 20, all women should begin breast self-examination (BSE). This is one of the easiest and most early ways to detect cancer. These checkups should be done a few days after your period.
