Family History: If someone in the family has cancer, your chances of getting cancer increase.
Overweight or Obesity: If you are an overweight woman, your chances of getting cancer after menopause will increase.
Lack of exercise: Laziness and lack of physical activity can lead to weight gain and cancer.
Alcohol: Alcohol is very dangerous because it increases your chances of getting cancer.

There is no link between cancer risk and stress, but maintaining stress levels can help improve a person's quality of life and make positive decisions.
For example, they may devote a few minutes to reading, walking, doing yoga, or doing whatever they like to reduce stress and increase their energy.
