HISTORY
Bluetooth is a specification for using low power wireless communication to radiotelephones, computers, and other wireless network devices at short distances. The name Bluetooth is actually a borrowed from Harald Bluetooth, the King of Denmark over 1,000 years ago.

Bluetooth's technology was developed primarily on the and supports easy wireless networking of devices and peripherals such as mobile phones, PDA and wireless headsets.
