Apple Finally Revealed the 10th generation iPad
We've been waiting for a long time for Apple to unveil the much-anticipated 10th generation iPad, but it's peak stupidity, at least in terms of what it offers and some of the insane choices it has made. We'll go over that, as well as some of the awesome benefits of this new iPad. Since we already own one, we'll be comparing it to the previous budget iPad and the iPad Air.Sure, everyone is happy with the design, especially the new colors. I like how they stand out more, but not everyone will. If you think this looks like an iPad Air, that's exactly right; it looks like an iPad Air 4.We have flat sides and an even bezel all around, so we do not have the touch ID sensor on the front like we had in the rumors and renders. Instead, we have a larger Touch ID button on one of the flat sides, and the A14 chip powers this new iPad, so it is identical to the iPad Air 4.We also have stereo speakers when it's in landscape mode, which is a big improvement over the mono speakers on the previous budget iPad. I'm curious to hear how they sound: will they be as good or will they be limited? The same question applies to the A14: will it be full performance or could it be slowed down? Some people have already said that it is. The display is the same, but if we look closer, we can see that it lacks P3 color accuracy, which makes that panel even worse than this one.
Is it non-laminated, which was one of our main complaints about the 9th generation iPad. Non-laminated means that there is a gap between the touch layer and the panel. This doesn't look great, but it also lowers contrast, which is noticeable, and you have a lot more reflectivity?Additionally, this makes it less suitable for using the Apple Pencil, and it's curious that even Apple's marketing has caused a delay in using the Apple Pencil lately, if you notice.You can only pair your apple pencil with this new iPad by using an adapter and a cable to charge it up and pair it now, not the apple pencil 2, which snaps on magnetically and automatically pairs. This means that you can use the original apple pencil, which has a lightning connector, instead of the apple pencil 2, which charges quickly and snaps on magnetically.
Even more bizarre is the fact that the adapter for this new iPad is not included in the box; instead, you must purchase it separately for nine dollars, which I was going to do because I have an apple pencil, but it does not arrive until later.
November Now, if you buy a brand-new Apple pencil from Apple, they will include the adapter in the box for $100. I was going to do that because I had to and wanted to get it faster, but it also doesn't ship until November. This is insane because you need to use your old Apple pencil, but you can't unless you spend more money. If this was just a hardware limitation, that wouldn't be the case.
Display, if you only need the adapter for this iPad, why not include it in the box? No, they'd rather make some extra money, which I think is a shame. Add that to the price, if you didn't already know.450 dollars, as opposed to 329, where we frequently had sales for as little as 299, which is 450 dollars, and if you want a 128 gigabyte version, you can't get one; you have to go to 256, which costs an additional 150 dollars. Some people were complaining about prices going up to 350 or 399, which is 450 dollars.If you're spending that much, why not get an iPad Air instead of this thing? It's getting ridiculously expensive.

They released a new keyboard called the Magic Keyboard Folio. This keyboard looks great, has a full row of function keys, which is nice, and the keys have one millimeter of travel, which is great. You can detach the keyboard portion from the back, which can stay on for protection, and you have your adjustment angle built into that as well. Apple claims that this is a unique keyboard. However, if you remember the Folio keyboard from Logitech, which cost 99 bucks for the budget iPadWhich has the touch ID button, but if they kept the price at 350,379 and limited it to the first-generation Apple pencil, I think that would be much more reasonable. At this point, I would just buy an iPad Air 4 that is refurbished for less than that because it is more capable overall and as long as you just don't need that landscape camera. I think a lot of people are kind of disappointed with this, and they might be even more disappointed with the iPad Pro, which was just refreshed.
