A recent tweet by famous internet commentator and online journalist “TheRealLauraB” has sent shockwaves over the internet as it has revealed something damning to us all. The tweet reads: “Update: Travelers vs New York Marine & New York Marine vs Amber Heard 1) Travelers viled a motion to consolidate both claims 2) Amber Heard was served & has a new lawyer 3) All lawyer-witnesses unhappy with subpoenas & Depos 4) Elaine lawyerd up!”
In reply, another user aptly tweeted: “I think Elaine knows AH will blame her/throw her under the bus for her appeal…”
The updates about Amber’s insurance companies fighting amongst each other over Amber’s failed payments as well as Amber’s new lawyers were relatively known to the public but the explosive new development is that Elaine Bredehoft has lawyered up against Amber Heard.
Why Elaine would hire an attorney against Amber or what she plans to do as Amber moves ahead with her appeal is all subject to speculation but it is highly likely that Elaine is expecting some sort of retaliation from Amber and she is justified in believing this. After months of defending her, both on and off the court, and fighting a losing case on her behalf by presenting falsified and doctored evidence, risking her own legal career, she was rewarded by being kicked out of Amber’s legal team.
She was replaced by the new appellate counsel, Axelrod, and Brown, of the law firm Ballard Spahr LLP, which previously successfully defended The New York Times against Sarah Palin's defamation lawsuit earlier this year. A press release sent out by Heard's team described the pair as "renowned First Amendment Attorneys.” If Amber deems Elaine as disposable as this after all that she has done for her, it is plausible that she plans on suing the lawyer and incriminating her for all the fake evidence that was presented in court.
It is a well-known fact that many of the pictures that Amber’s team presented to the jury were doctored and photoshopped, and many of the witness’ accounts were planted. If Johnny were to pursue this, Amber Heard could face jail time for committing perjury. There is no way she would willingly let herself end up in prison. So, her new strategy may be to hire a new legal team and put all the blame on the fake evidence on Elaine to make it seem like it was her idea to bring that evidence up in court.
This way, she gets away with lying to the court. A user summed all of this up perfectly in their tweet, saying: “It sound funny that amber turd going after Elaine bc she lost. Unbelievable. now Elaine has hired a lawyer .. here is my opinion they both lie for perjury it not just Elaine fault it amber lie and her fake evidence period … she try to destroy johnny but it didn’t get her way.”
