Akasa Air is the first airline in India to provide its in-flight personnel with tailored pants, jackets, and comfy footwear while keeping ergonomics, aesthetics, and comfort in mind.
The company's fundamental values of employee centricity and sustainability served as inspiration for the uniform. The fabric for the jacket and pants was created especially for Akasa Air using recycled polyester manufactured from pet bottle plastic that was recovered from maritime debris. To ensure personnel' comfort during their hectic flight schedules, the uniform fit focuses on offering the best stretch possible.
The official Twitter account of the airline posted a picture of the crew wearing their new uniforms along with the caption, "Presenting the all-new Akasa Air crew uniforms designed to retain our organization's fundamental philosophy of putting the comfort of our employees and the environment first."
