How do you access ChatGPT?

To access ChatGPT, create an OpenAI account. You can also still use the old chat URL,  OpenAI simplified the original URL for user convenience. How much does ChatGPT cost?  ChatGPT is free to use no matter what you use it for, including writing, coding and more.

The free version is still a good choice, as it has mostly the same technical features, except for access to the latest version of the Large Language Model (LLM), known as GPT-4, and Internet connectivity, which the subscriber model guarantees. Tried to use it, but it says the capacity is full. What does it mean?  The website runs on a server, and if too many people jump on the server, it becomes overloaded and cannot handle your request.

Try visiting the site later when fewer people are accessing the server. You can also keep the tab open and refresh it regularly. If you want to skip the wait and get reliable access, you have a chance. ChatGPT Plus gives users general access even during peak hours, faster response time and priority access to new features and improvements, including OpenAI's state-of-the-art LLM GPT-4.

By presenting information and shaping information, AI programs can answer questions intelligently and make inferences about real facts. Formal data representations are used in content-based indexing and retrieval, scene interpretation,  clinical decision support,  information retrieval (mining "interesting" and useful conclusions from large databases), and other fields.

A database is a collection of data presented in a form that a program can use. An ontology is a collection of objects, relationships, concepts and features used by a field of knowledge. The most common ontologies are called super-ontologies, which try to provide a foundation for all other knowledge and act as mediators between domain ontologies that include specific knowledge about a particular domain (area ofinterest or concern).

Databases must represent things like objects, properties, categories and relationships between objects;  situations, events, spaces and time;  causes and effects; knowledge about knowledge (what we know about what other people know);  presuppositions reasons (things that people believe to be true until now) until they are true are told differently and remain true even when other facts change;  and many other aspects and fields of knowledge.

Most people are not very familiar with the concept of artificial intelligence (AI)  For example, when 1,500 US senior entrepreneurs were asked about artificial intelligence in 2017, only 17 per cent said they were familiar with it.1 Many of them are not sure what it is or how it will affect their companies They realized that there was significant potential in business processes, but were unclear about how AI could be applied to their organizations

Despite its widespread ignorance, artificial intelligence is a technology that is changing all areas of life. It's a comprehensive tool that empowers people to rethink how we integrate data, analyse data and use insights to improve decision-making. With this comprehensive overview, we hope to explain AI to policymakers, opinion leaders and interested observers, and show how AI is already changing the world and raising important questions for society, economy and governance.
