How Affiliate Marketing Mixed With Google Adsense Equals Profits

If you are a webmaster who needs money to keep your website running or your website is the only way for you to earn income whatever you are, as long as you are a webmaster or web publisher you 'and' need cash  Till then, affiliate marketing can work well for you.  With Affiliate Marketing, you can easily put a lot of money in your bank account.  And if your website is rich with very good content 'and' you want to earn more profit, then also come to Google AdSense program.

 Why Affiliate Marketing?

That's because affiliate marketing is the easiest and probably the best way to make profits online, unless you are a businessman and would rather sell your own products online than advertise other businessman's products on your site.  But online retailers can also benefit from affiliate marketing programs, as affiliate marketing actually works for merchants as well as it does for affiliates.

It works for merchants as well as it does for affiliates.

Affiliate marketing, simply called, is a relationship or agreement between two websites, with one site being the merchant's website and the other being the affiliate's site.  In the relationship, the affiliate agrees to allow the merchant to advertise its products on the affiliate's site.  Merchant, on the other hand, shall agree to make payment to the Affiliate, in whatever manner they have agreed to.  This will usually mean easy income for the affiliate, as he will be doing nothing but placing the retailer's ad on his site.  It will also be very beneficial for the merchant, as it will be much more economical to get an affiliation to advertise your products than to hire an advertising firm to promote your products.

There are several methods on how the merchant will compensate the affiliate for his services, and for the webmaster, these methods simply translate to the method by which he will earn easy cash.  The more common methods of compensation include the pay-per-click method, the pay-per-lead method, and the pay-per-sale method.  The pay-per-click method is the method most preferred by affiliates, as their site visitors only need to visit the advertiser's site to earn money.  The other two methods, on the other hand, are better preferred by merchants, as they have to compensate you only if your visitor becomes one of their registrants or if the visitor actually buys their products.

Getting the most out of affiliate marketing programs, however, does not depend so much on the method of compensation that it depends on the traffic generated by your site.  A website that can attract more visitors is generally more likely to make profits in affiliate marketing programs.

 What is Google AdSense?

Google AdSense is actually a type of Affiliate Marketing Program.  In Google AdSense, Google acts as an intermediary between the affiliates and the merchants.  Merchants, or advertisers, will simply sign up with Google and provide the latter with text ads related to their products.  While a lot of similarities can be found between Google AdSense and other affiliate marketing programs, you can also see a lot of differences.  In Google AdSense, all the webmaster has to do is put a code on their website and Google has to do the rest.  The ads Google places on your site will generally be relevant to the content of your site.  This will be beneficial to both you and the advertiser, as your site visitors will more or less be interested in the advertised products.

The Google AdSense program compensates affiliates on a pay-per-click basis.  Advertisers will pay Google a certain amount every time their ad is clicked on your site and Google will forward this amount to you via check, though only after Google deducts part of the amount.  Google AdSense checks are usually delivered monthly.  Plus, the Google AdSense program provides webmasters with a tracking tool that allows you to monitor the earnings that you actually get from a certain ad.
