How Aerobic Weight Loss Exercise Can Be Fun

The word aerobic literally means “by oxygen” or “by the presence of oxygen.” Aerobic exercise is any activity that uses large groups of muscles, which can be maintained continuously for a long time, and has a natural rhythm. Aerobic exercise uses oxygen as the main fuel to support activity for a relatively long time. Typically, aerobic exercise is one that requires a lot of muscle activity, raising the heart rate to between 60 percent and 80 percent of high heart rate, continuously natural and 15 to 60 minutes long. A physically fit person can work longer, stronger and achieve faster recovery at the end of an aerobic session. Aerobic exercise falls into two categories: Low-Intensity Moderate Exercise - These include walking, swimming, climbing stairs, step classes, light water aerobics, rowing and skiing. Almost anyone who is healthy can exercise in a way that can have a negative impact on the balance. Walking faster burns more calories than running the same distance because it takes more time to walk than running that distance and puts less risk of muscle and bone injury. High-Impact aerobics - The group's activities include running, dance, tennis, racquetball and squash. Vigorous exercise should be done on other days.   •   Step Aerobics involves the use of a ladder or a bench, usually about one foot wide and three feet high and about six inches high. Facilitators use a number of movements that require participants to move up and down the platform. In this way, the work will not be boring and tiring, but it will be healthy and encouraging.
  •   Water aerobics combines a variety of movements from both swimming and terrestrial aerobics to the development of strong natural aerobic routes. It uses water-resistant movement to increase heart rate, and is helpful when adjusting to the world. It's a great way to lose weight.
  •  Swimming is the most popular form of regular exercise. Due to water resistance, the amount of energy required to swim a certain distance is greater than the amount required to run or walk the same distance. In other words, swimming can burn more calories than running in wasted time.
