The most common condition on the skin of people between the ages of 12 and 24 is a disease called acne. It is difficult to determine the cause of the acne. However, an increase in sebaceous glands is considered to be the cause of most acne outbreaks.
Pilosebaceous units are a combination of hair follicles and oily glands on the skin. In addition to the face and palms of the feet, pilosabaceous units are found in the skin tissues throughout the body. They are responsible for producing an oily substance called sebum. However, due to many factors (Example: hormonal imbalances, stress and skin condition) oil glands may be stimulated to produce more sebum. When this happens, too much oil connects the skin pores. This process causes bacterial infection and stimulates the immune response. So finally, the effects of acne inflammation.
Acne can affect any type of skin. Acne can be infected easily to Oily skin. Dry skin, on the other hand, may not be dangerous, but it severe rashes possibly occur in winter. Normal-skin is velvety, with no acne and even in color
Currently, acne is not completely cured but can be treated with a variety of skin care products. Many seek the help of topical medications, applied to the skin surface. Anyhow, use the care products acne skin such as "pore strip pads" may remove whiteheads and blackheads but will not affect the excess sebum produced.
However, for solution and protection, it is best to use 8 simple tips:
1). Healthy, nutritent food should be considered. Therefore, your diet should include all the essential nutrients your body needs in order to function properly.
2). Drink plenty of liquids such as water, juices. Reduce carbonated beverages.
3). No, the make up is not recommended.
4). Washing your face and hands with mild soap and water. The idea is not to remove impurities (as many people with acne find it) but to remove the plugs from the pores of the skin, which may be a combination of dead skin cells, germs and strong sebum. However, dirt is not really the cause of acne, it may contribute to the progression of the disease by its interaction with skin tissues as well as particles and extra fat on the skin.
5). Use topical cleansing pads that may contain one or a combination of the following: salicylic acid, sulfur and benzoyl peroxide to remove excess oil. Another way to reduce the presence of excess oil on the skin is to wash your face with hot water that can withstand it.
6). Decrease, the use of harsh cleansers and use easy-to-remove acne skin care products. Don't apply too much to the affected areas.
7). If hands are dirty, avoid touching your face.
8). If you have long hair, tie your hair so that it is kept away from the face. This is absolutly, true if the weather is hot and you have been sweating.
