I had 3 years of work experience and lost my job during the pandemic time, hence as a last resort, had to join Byju's in a BDA role i worked there for a month.
i had gained corporate exposure for 3yrs, you can take my word on what I am sharing below!!
Byju founder is very smartly EXPLOITING it's employees by luring them with a great package of 7+3 LPA (which they don't even provide initially) and then sucking the life out of them.
DO NOT JOIN if you have no plans of being a ‘dog on a leash.
Byjus BDA job is full of target work. So that had high pressure & more tension work. And the same time that CTC is more high because freshers also earn 50k to 60k per month. I sure that if people who want more money they will work for their carrier, others don't fall done.That byjus job is more attractive. That working place also very attractive. If u need coffee or tea all they its available in free of cost. That the leave policies are weekly two days days leave, Monday and Tuesday. Saturday and Sunday compulsory work. That time BDA must fix a demo for their sales.
A person will feel demotivated about themselves after going through the rigorous and non-sensical training process where they actually train you to be obedient pets.
The senior management is the worst I've ever seen in a company. These are the same people who joined as BDA's and were ready to do anything to earn money, gave 2–3 yrs of their lives working 14–16hrs a day and got promoted as Managers/Senior Managers. It is an army of losers who could have made nothing of their lives and joined Byju's to save their posterior.
and these losers are the ones who are proficient in scamming parents, extracting exorbitant amounts of money for a stupid product which has no after sales support.
But as the world works, people are ready to do anything for money and this company is cleverly taking advantage of this situation. There is absolutely no employee satisfaction. they just want you to sell the product, by hook or crook.
I had heard negative reviews about Byju's but decided to ignore them initially and now that I've experienced the real deal…..I would like to say……
“If you even have an iota of self-respect, DO NOT fall for this trap although the salary is lucrative.”
Other jobs might be less paying but at least you'll have a life there. If you still do not believe me, you can join this company anyday because it hires anyone and everyone) and then see for yourself.
And if you belong to the category of people who have no dignity or self-respect and are willing to do anything to earn money, then Byju's is the perfect place for you. So I hope the all the private sector job are getting difficult. So people who want to get a opportunity they will work. U must have gain experience. I wish you all the best!
