How a symptom diary helps to outline the situation
Symptom journaling is a commodity that I can recommend to everyone. For my part, I have noticed that when croakers, nannies, or other people ask about our child's recent symptoms, the Best Person living in me forgets all the ups and downs, anger, and other difficult situations at home without delay, and I can not help but properly describe what our life has been like lately.
At the very least, our special children have a wide and varied range of symptoms, so we constantly have to keep a close eye on what is happening at any given time. The range can include everything from tic symptoms to aggression and strictness to social anxiety. Every day is a new surprise.
So, if I were smart, I would keep a diary of my symptoms to explore more and better articulate what daily life is like and compare changes over time. But since I am an unattainable monkey, I did not like any. However, also let go, If you are not an unattainable monkey.
He wants to get used to that life so much that he doesn’t really notice what symptoms his own child (or himself) actually has, and also when you ask about them, you can’t say that we had it now and also it. Thus, a symptom log can help to stay on the table.
Feel free to write
The symptom log can be kept in any style. One wants to describe it more eloquently, while the other uses French lines. You can write every day, once a week, or occasionally. It may well be enough to occasionally lead a couple of weeks of subsequent ages that can be compared. Let's take a couple of style examples

The moment was a relatively good day for Raqif. Tic's symptoms hurt, and his frustration made him slam against the wall and his little family. He also hoped that I would die because I look like "a mess brain that everyone hates." However, only the TV broke at that point and some injuries were avoided, so at least it was a better day than history. In the evening we read storybooks together. It was terrible.

. Dear magazine, when we woke up this morning, the air was the most perfect. The boos sang, and the sun shone, and nothing could have been better. However, the situation began to deteriorate rapidly as Raqif's favorite cereal - that teddy bear-patterned sugar cereal - ran out, and Raqif began to get nervous. We tried to foresee the inevitable fate by paying attention to the unborn positive adventure that this day had to offer us, but we got stuck, and after an hour of holding back and fiddling, we ended up thinking about our crying. a son under the kitchen table, humming in soft tones...
. Also, write down the motives of joy
Thus, the most important thing in recording symptoms is to record the effects that actually took place during the day/week and be appropriate to describe what factors led to the situations. At the same time, there is reason to think about how a person reacted to situations and what passions they aroused.
A symptom log can give you a better idea of the patterns that cause or exhibit symptoms. For example, you can pay attention to whether there are more symptoms at certain times of the day, days of the week, or during the season, or if certain chains of events trigger symptoms.
But please also write down all the motives of joy and good moments. Just as the WILMA mailing lists from the seminaries have always been complained about being too focused on issues, in the same way you must remember to cherish the tremendous effects that our special offers offer us. A focus on success and development helps to manage and shape a positive image of children for everyone, including children themselves.
