Living in today's metropolitan world of cellular phones, mobile, computer and other high gadgets is not just difficult but very impersonal. We make money and invest our time and effort and make more money. It is not the end of it because we are totally satisfied. How many times we convinced ourselves that if we had more money, life is really sweet. But after receiving a huge amount of money we realize that it is not enough, we need more.
What should you do?
I have seen and read many books of life such as robin Gupta, says this and the monk says that, and they all seem to say that money is not necessary, but it is. Can you do anything without cash, and a lot of it? I know I can't
So I went to neighborhood Ravi and asked for advice that help me find my true way in life.
The Rabbi nodded and took me to the window and asked what do you see?
I Promptly answered that I can see people walking to and fro and a beggar is begging for alms on the left side.
The rabbi nodded and guided me to the big mirror,"Now look at me and tell me what you see?
I can see myself, that man answered.
The Rabbi smiled, Now you can't see anyone else. The mirror and window were made from the same raw material which is glass but because one of them have applied a thin layer of silver, when you look at it all you can see is your own reflection.
The Rabbi placed his arm on my shoulders." Compare yourself to those two pieces of glass. Without the silver layer, you saw other people and feel empathy for them. When you are covered with silver, you see only yourself. I look at the rabbi and stared, I don't understand.
The rabbi continued, you will become someone if you have the courage to remove the silver covering over your eyes and in order to see again and love others. He patted me on my shoulder and sent me on my way. I thought about what he said and come to the conclusion that we need money, and we should not lead a money less life; Its pointless and it will only cause us and other families many heartbreaks in the future. Instead, I suggest that we should follow the advice that rabbi gave me. When we approach our life through a silver covering, all we are able to see is ourselves. But if we remove that covering, we will be able to see and feel everyone else. In life, we are allowed to and should be look at both kind of mirrors. But, we should remember that mirror only reflect us. It is a window to the door of compassion, health and true wealth. In other words, wealth by all means don't dissuade you from life, people and needy. In this passage we are talking about the two perspective which is called two side of coins. A very important lesson is given here, which means to live life to the fullest with positivity and prosperity
