Ingredients: 1 medium peeled pineapple, 1 cup of semolina, a few strands of saffron, 4 tablespoons of ghee, 1 tablespoon of finely chopped almonds for garnish and a cup of KO ya

Method:

Heat a non-stick pan, add sugar and water to dissolve the sugar. Cook, stirring constantly, until the sugar dissolves. Remove the stem from the pineapple and cut it into small pieces. Add saffron and fry in a pan.

Heat the ghee in another non-stick pan. Add semolina and fry over medium heat until light golden.

Ingredients:

1 medium pineapple, 1 tablespoon of coriander seeds, 1 teaspoon of mustard seeds, 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds, teaspoon of fenugreek seeds, 1 teaspoon of red chili powder, teaspoon of black salt, 1 teaspoon of gar am masala, 1 teaspoon of onion seeds, 1 teaspoon of chat masala, 1 teaspoon of ginger-garlic paste, 4 teaspoons of mustard oil. 1 medium onion cut into pieces, 1 medium green capsicum cut into pieces and a few mint leaves for garnish.

Method:

Peel the pineapple and remove the stem. Cut into 1-inch pieces and place the pieces in a bowl.

Dry roasted coriander, mustard, fennel, cumin, fenugreek seeds in a non-stick pan. Cool and grind to a coarse powder. Sprinkle this powder over the pineapple.

You should add red chili powder, turmeric powder, black salt, gar am masala powder, onion seeds, chat masala, ginger-garlic paste, mustard oil and salt and mix well.

Heat the oil in a non-stick pan. Thread the onion, capsicum and pineapple alternately onto the satay sticks and place the sticks in the pan. Cook until golden brown on the sides.

Remove to a plate and garnish with mint leaves and serve hot.
