We have been using smart technology to keep track of our health for almost as long as it has been around. Fit bits and smartwatches keep track of our steps, heart rate, water intake, and exercise to provide us with useful information about our health and well-being. The smart air quality monitor from Amazon uses a color LED to give you an instant safety rating by taking continuous readings of the air in your home. It monitors the air in your home for carbon monoxide, particulates, and volatile organic compounds and notifies you via phone or tablet if the air becomes hazardous (PC Mag). In addition, it stores that data and displays hourly, weekly, or monthly trends over time in your air quality.
The only thing that Amazon's smart air quality monitor cannot do in terms of air quality is function as an air filter, but it can certainly tell you if you need one

Your hum toothbrush will track how often and how long you brush, as well as notify you of any teeth you aren't brushing well enough, once you have downloaded the app from either the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store (via Colgate). The app also provides brushing guides and lets you earn points toward in-app purchases if you require assistance or encouragement. When you pair it with Amazon Alexa, reminders for when to change your toothbrush head will also be set.
If Colgate isn't your brand, try the Quip Smart Electric Toothbrush or one of Oral-B's smart brushes, which have similar functions to the hum. Quip also lets you add your child's toothbrush to the app to keep track of how often they brush their teeth.
