During operation, an uninterrupted vortex centrifugal force is generated, through the staggered, the coulter continues to stir, and the vortex centrifugal material flow continuously overlaps and break up, causing the material to boil and form a convection cycle to stir the material quickly.
For special materials such as materials that are prone to agglomeration, the internal high-speed flying knife combined with convection circulation can break up and separate the agglomerated materials. The high-speed flying knife is installed at an angle of 45 degrees downward from the cylinder, and the knife head extends into the cylinder, during mixing, the material is moved within the effective range by the plow, forming high-speed shearing.
