Ingredients 2 tsp honey  1 tsp turmeric 1 tsp lemon juice 4 cups of water

Method of Preparation Boil the water.      

  • Add 1 tablespoon of turmeric.
  • Mix well and then strain,
  • add lemon juice and honey and mix well. Now drink. 
  • You can drink this turmeric tea infused with lemon and honey two to three times a day. It would really help you ease the symptoms of the cough and eventually go get rid of it. 

Honey and turmeric are considered effective in fighting a cold. Just make sure that you use authentic and organic honey and turmeric before using their combination for treating cold and dry cough.
