Holistic Approach which Protect Skin

The skin is the largest part in the body. It protects against disease and infection, regulates temperature and even resources in the production of vitamins. Keeping skin healthy is necessary for beauty and general health, even if most of us are interested in knowing how to keep skin looking healthy,  really keeping it healthy.

The best way to keep skin looking healthy - thin, smooth, shiny, soft, soft and wrinkled  free - is to avoid the sun.

Ultraviolet (UV) radiation from the sun causes a rash that looks healthy, but it does serious damage to the skin in color, sunburn and loss of elasticity. This can lead to premature aging in the form of wrinkles, leathery skin, fine lines, discoloration, dark skin, uneven skin tone, loss of light, liver spots, enlarged pores and dryness. Even the best genes, skin-lightening treatments and oral skin supplements will not help if a person becomes harsh and frequently green.

Keeping yourself out of the sun helps, but if you can't avoid it, you need to make sure you use sun block of  SPF 30. This is very important if exposure to the sun takes a long time.

If we assume that a person is still conscious of exposure to the sun, how can we continue to improve our skin condition? We know that certain oral supplements are effective for good skin health, but what are these ingredients and how effective are they

Internal Add-on

The first group will be vitamins and minerals, which are necessary for the proper functioning of all organs.

Vitamins and minerals that can essential for skin health include B-complex, especially B1 (thiamine), B2 (riboflavin) and B12 (cyanocobalamin). The over deficiency of vitamins B1 and B2 is known to cause special types of dermatitis (a type of skin inflammation). Skin lesions associated with vitamin B12 deficiency are hyperpigmentation, vitiligo, angular dermatitis, and hair changes.

In addition to B vitamins, deficiency of vitamin C, iron and copper also affects skin health. All three are essential for the formation of collagen, absorb iron and the key building block of the skin, which replenishes the skin and gives us tone.

Vitamin A is important for the normal life cycle of skin cells. Vitamin A helps to speed up healing, prevent breakouts and support the skin s immune system, and it promotes natural moisturizing, giving it a radiant glow. Deficiency of vitamin A causes the skin to become dry, flaky and wrinkled. On the other hand, taking excess doses of vitamin A may be more toxic and should be avoided.

Vitamins C and E, and selenium are antioxidant that may help protect skin from sun damage. However, although free radicals and the role of anti-oxidants are beyond doubt, clinical results have not been fully proven when additional vitamins and other nutrients improve skin quality and detract from the aging process.

Excess doses can be as harmful as shortages, so it is best to go with the recommended daily allowance(RDA).

Oral intake should be compatible with the ingredients used - sunscreen at least SPF 30, creams (preferably with white skin agent) and moisturizer (preferably with a skin lightening agent). Compared to current applications, the effects of oral ingredients are slow and elusive. Consumers must be realistic about what they expect because the results will certainly not show up in 7 days or 2 weeks.

We recommend a holistic approach to skin health, which includes:

* A balanced diet that contain all food groups as well as vitamins, minerals and micronutrients.

* always stay good mood. It is well documented that other skin conditions - such as acne and eczema - are more common among depressed person.

* Stop smoking because smoking causes cancer, heart diseases, stroke, lung diseases, diabetes, certain eye diseases, damages skin micro circulation and causes tooth decay and other discoloration.

* Reduce exposure to the sun and use a good sunscreen daily.
