High Pressure Solenoid Valve is a type of switching valve with rotor and stator but works same as common solenoid valves, the difference is that this fast switching solenoid valve has the feature of anti-high pressure for 2 way, 3 way, 4 way all the configurations, besides it is designed with signal feedback to tell users if it is under normal working or not, mostly it is used in special OEM systems. Runze Fluid is one of reliable high pressure solenoid valve suppliers and high pressure solenoid valve manufacturers that able to offer a wide range of fluid control equipment. 3 Way Switching Valve
High pressure 3-way solenoid valve was driven by a stepper motor to switch the inside rotor to a specific port, but it is was triggered by DC7-33V voltage signals to power on and off just like common solenoid valves, 2 way, 3 way, 4-way valves are available, all these models anti maximum pressure to 1.6Mpa which can be used in special pressure systems.
Advantages of High Pressure Water Solenoid Valve
High Quality Materials Selection
RUNZE high-pressure solenoid valves are made of sapphire valve spool which is totally different from any other solenoid valves on the market, it has a high hardness to reach the highest wear resistance and long service life even when switching solid particles in fluid systems.
High Pressure Resistance
All the 3-way solenoid valves on the market are made of the plastic valve core and diaphragm structures, upper and nether diaphragms are very easy to stick together which makes it unable to ON/OFF switching, also it causes liquid dripping and big pulsation during liquid sampling, they can only anti 0.3Mpa at most, but our high-pressure solenoid valves are able to anti 1.2Mpa water pressure.
Available Feedback Signals
Our high-pressure solenoid valves are available of 2 way, 3 way, 4 way to handle different types of fluids to meet a variety of analysis applications, it was designed with feedback signals to tell users if it is normally working or not which make your production line more reliable and stable.
Applications of High Pressure Water Solenoid Valve
The high pressure water solenoid valve is a type of multiposition valve, and it is also one of the high precision components in the laboratory system. All the wetted materials are corrosion resisting to meet the needs of most fluidic systems. They are widely used in environmental analyzers, laboratory instruments, medical equipment, petrochemical systems, food and beverage vending machine, bio-pharmaceuticals analysis and metering. High stability is the most important factor, quality materials, complete software, high quality molding and machining make these realized.
Environmental Analysis
Environmental on-line analyzers work for high precision content percentage analysis of target samples, RUNZE offers microfluidic solutions dedicated to achieving the accuracy, reliability, stability, durability of microfluidic systems.
Laboratory Instrument
Laboratory instrument requires compact structure and user-friendly operation, our components designed with small footprint and convenient software that helps manufacturers saving lots of time on material sourcing.
Medical Equipment
Medical production line required non-contamination sample transfer and filling, IVD analytical equipment required high precision microliter sample collection, our component are perfect choice for the application.
Petrochemical Engineering
Petroleum component measurement system required syringe pump and multiport valve to precisely distribute samples to different bottles; peristaltic pump can be used for corrosive chemicals transfer and detection.
Food and Beverage
Front-end food and beverage sample detection required high precision microfluidic syringe pumps; peristaltic pump with FDA tubing works perfectly for mass production line and automatic vending machine.
Bio-pharmaceuticals
Bio-pharmaceuticals automation device required higher efficiency and precision on medicine production, RUNZE SY syringe pumps provide efficient and precise air or liquid filling and analysis for pharmaceutical systems.
