To keep healthy, there are five simple things you can do.

1. Stay away from smokers.

2. Keep your BMI (Body Mass Index) between 18,5 and 24,8.

3. Try to stay away from alcohol.

4. Exercise on a daily basis

1. Stay away from smokers.

The risks of smoking

If you smoke, you should quit since it harms you and those around you.

What if I told you that

- Smokers are more likely to have a heart attack.

- Smokers are more likely to develop lung cancer.

More than 300,000 Americans die each year from lung cancer, which is caused by smoking.

- Smoking is directly linked to 75 percent of deaths caused by emphysema and bronchitis.

Stop smoking and avoid smokers if you want to stay healthy, because "No Smoking"

", such as "Active Smoking," might be hazardous.

2. Keep your BMI (Body Mass Index) between 18,5 and 24,8.

How Can You Eat Healthily?

Your body need a well-balanced daily meal, as I mentioned in my previous post, "Food: How Can You Make Your Food Work for You?" Your body requires vitamins, minerals, protein, and carbohydrates, as I mentioned in my previous article.

What Makes a Healthy Diet?

- Provide an efficient weight-loss program

- Lose weight and tone up your physique

- Prevent and minimize the effects of aging

- Improving the immune system and heart health

- Maintain blood sugar and insulin levels in a healthy range.

What is BMI, and how may knowing it help you live a healthier life?

", such as "Active Smoking," might be hazardous.

You can tell if your weight is within the normal range or if you are overweight by knowing your BMI (or your weight is not enough).

BMI is inversely proportional to health risks; as BMI rises, so does the risk.

This is why knowing your BMI and keeping it protected is so crucial (18,5 - 24,8)

Formulas for calculating BMI:

BMI Formula (Metric): BMI = Weight in Kilograms / (Meter Length) x (Meter Length) x (Meter Length) x (Meter Length) x (Meter Length) x (Meter Length) x (Meter Length)

Weight in kilograms / (Length in inches) x (Length in inches) x 703 BMI Formula (English): BMI = Weight in kilograms / (Length in inches) x (Length in inches) x 703

3. Try to stay away from alcoholic beverages.

So, why is it so critical to abstain from using alcohol in order to improve your health?

There are a slew of negative consequences of drinking alcohol:

- Heart and nerve system problems

- gastrointestinal problems

- Damage to the liver

- Switch off

- a high chance of becoming alcoholic

e.t.c.

If you want to live a healthy lifestyle, you should avoid alcohol at all costs.

4. Exercise on a regular basis.

Exercise is extremely vital in a person's life and has been shown to be an effective treatment for a variety of well-known deaths.

Is there such a thing as too much exercise?

You should exercise for at least 10 to 15 minutes per day to be healthy.

You can also integrate your everyday tasks with exercise to save time.

Listed below are a few examples:

- Aim for 5000 steps every day.

- Instead of taking the elevator, take the stairs.

- Instead of walking, try running.

e.t.c.

5. Lie on your right side.

All the things I mentioned above would not work if you didn't get a decent night's sleep.
