Health Top 5 Things to Do Every Day to Keep Your Heart Healthy

1.Practice good habits of eating fat, NOT trans fats

We need fats in our diet, including immersed fats and polyunsaturated and unsaturated fats. We do not need trans fats, which are known to create a risk of developing physical illness or stroke for a long time. This is because soft fats disrupt your supply chain by increasing your cholesterol (LDL) levels and lowering (HDL) levels. By cutting yourself off from your diet, you continue to improve blood flow throughout your body. However, what is trans fat? It is an export-oriented oil widely used in processed ingredients, a variety of foods, margarine, and fast foods to add flavor and texture. TIP: Read marks on all food sources. Trans fats show a list of refinements as, to some extent, hydrogenated fats. Search for 0% trans fat. Make it a point to try not to eat foods high in trans fats.

2.Practice good dental hygiene, especially brushing your teeth daily

Dental health is a good sign of great well-being, including your heart, because people with periodontal disease (gum) always have the same dangerous risk factors for coronary heart disease. Studies continue in this regard, but many have shown that micro-organisms in the mouth involved in the development of gum disease can enter the circulatory system and cause an increase in protein-response proteins, a marker of irritation to the arteries. This progression can, in turn, increase your risk of coronary heart disease and stroke. TIP

: Floss and brush daily to prevent gum disease. It is more than just the depression you need to control if you are struggling with gum disease.

3. Get enough rest

Rest is the key to keeping your heart strong. If you do not get enough rest, you may be at greater risk for a heart attack outside of your age or other social inclinations. Another study involving 3,000 adults over 45 found that people who rested less than six hours a night were twice as likely to suffer from heart disease or heart failure as those who slept six to eight hours every night. Experts believe that too little rest disrupts basic medical and biological cycles, including circulatory disorders and irritability. TIP: Make relaxation a necessity. Get 7 to 8 hours of rest in the evening. If you may have shortness of breath, you should be treated as this condition is linked to coronary heart disease and arrhythmias.

4. Try to stay really long at the same time

Recently, research has suggested that prolonged sitting is a bad thing for your health no matter how much you exercise. While taking the penalty for the combined results of a small study involving nearly 800,000 people, analysts found that in the most populous population, there was a 147 percent increase in cardiac events and the result of a 90 percent increase in deaths brought during these periods. This is bad news for many people who live in inactive areas all day long. In addition, prolonged exposure (especially when traveling) increases your risk of vein apoplexy (blood coagulation). TIP: Experts recommend that you take time off during the day. Park away from work, walk around for a limited time and use a standing position to get here and there. In addition, be sure to practice for many days.

5. Avoid secondhand smoke

Studies show that the risk of developing coronary heart disease is about 25 to 30 percent in people exposed to secondhand smoke at home or work. The American Heart Association shows that exposure to secondhand smoke contributes to 34,000 premature respiratory infections and the deterioration of 7,300 cells in the lungs each year. In addition, nonsmokers with high blood pressure or high blood cholesterol are more likely to develop allergies when exposed to secondhand smoke. This is because synthetic materials emitted by tobacco smoke promote the development of plaques in the supply channels. TIP: Be sure of smokers you would like to keep away from natural smoke - and get children away from used smoke.

Follow these five tips, and you will help your heart. You will feel better and have the option to stay strong with a noisy lifestyle.
