Weight Loss Tip #1: Healthy fats

If you want to lose some weight, you need to understand how your body thinks about fat. The key is knowing that the good fats and bad fats are in two different types of cells. When we eat fat, we get rid of many calories from food, but our liver then takes the fats and makes them into a liquid called cholestrophy which it then metabolizes. The cholestrophy can be used by many different things. You can use it as fuel for your muscles and help prevent muscle burn-out as well as improve your quality of sleep at night. It can even be useful if you don't have a kidney or heart condition.

Weights are made of healthy fats and so when people lose weight they tend to gain their weight back. This isn’t great, but when you think about all those calories burned and no calories gained, you should feel good about yourself. Everyone should aim for 6 – 12 pounds per year, no more than that.

Nutrition Facts & Tips

Three main nutrients determine the amount of energy in your diet. These are proteins, carbohydrates, and fats. Protein comes in one form or another throughout the day, whether it’s through digestion or digestion and then there’s also water. Water contains water so your body uses it like there’s no tomorrow.

Carbohydrates come in the form of sugars and starches and this tells the brain to take in the nutrients. They also form bonds with other molecules in our cells and we can see this when we talk to friends or family. Examples include starch or starch and rice in bread or pasta. Fruits contain these as do vegetables and dairy products too. But we shouldn’t focus on fats as much as we usually do. If your diet consists of only foods rich in fats, then it’s hard not to store them. The best thing to do is just cut down on the fats and instead focus on protein and carbs to add bulk and bulk and bulk.

Healthy Fats

To lose some extra pounds, try to give up meat or bacon. They’re high in saturated fats and this means that if you replace them with healthier fats, they’ll leave you feeling full longer and may make you want to buy junk foods as they’re easier to process and you can eat your favorite foods with them instead. Also, some companies produce frozen ham which is often very processed with added sugar and salt. Although this is fine, try eating raw ham or sausage because they’re rich in protein. If you choose burgers as I said before, try replacing some of their fries with onions instead. Onions are great because you can add any toppings you would like and that is helpful. If you prefer to cook, then try making soups and stews instead so you’ll still enjoy them. Check out my recipes on YouTube and follow them to ensure you have tasty meals all week long.
