This is an ongoing and pointless search for happiness in which a person tries to satisfy themselves with anything they believe will make their life happier. Nothing could be further from the truth, though. Actually, a lot of people who strive to live for other people end up sad or even more insecure.

Be unselfish
Exercise giving
