How to improve health and what makes our health better

Disease-free condition was generally referred to as health. But by the definition of the World Health Assembly in 1948, health is not only a state of being free from disease and disability, but also of complete physical, mental and social well-being.

Health is a means of complete daily life, not just for survival. Health is a reality with an emphasis on physical fitness and social and personal factors.

The causes of the disease can be many. Germs and parasites, malnutrition, malnutrition, overeating, and  alcoholism. Certain components of the diet can be over-metabolized, over-consumed, over-expended, or excreted. It can be a condition caused by a misalignment of bodily functions without the availability of certain essential elements. Any of the above can be caused by a lack of exercise. Excessive work, unsafe work, stress and insomnia can lead to illness. Outbreaks appear to be exacerbated during this time.

Eating a healthy diet is essential for maintaining good health. To do this, you need to include the right amount of fruits, vegetables, legumes, fish and eggs in your diet. It provides the body with vitamins, minerals, protein, omega 3 fatty acids and fiber. Fried and fried foods that are high in sweet, salty and fatty foods should be avoided. Adults should do at least 30 minutes daily and children should do one hour of physical activity, games, dance, and martial arts. Studies show that it improves not only physical fitness, but also mental health and physical health.

Alcohol use is another factor that can adversely affect health. Alcoholism and smoking greatly increase the risk of disease. The chemicals contained in the leaves affect all the organs of the body.

Illness can be caused by accidents, violence and rape. Infections such as HIV transmitted through unprotected coagulation and complications related to pregnancy and childbirth can disrupt the health of both mother and baby. Infertility, availability and use of contraceptives are all linked to reproductive health. Problems related to physical  health can also adversely affect the individual. Examples include erectile dysfunction in men and vaginismus in women. Gender-related inequalities can also affect health. Problems with transgender people and other gender minorities can also be the cause of the disease. Increasing depression, anxiety-like mental illness, pollution, and lack of clean water may exacerbate the disease in today's unique living environment.

According to the World Health Organization, the key factors that determine health are the social and economic environment, access to health services, development, physical environment, healthy workplace, people's lifestyle, healthy eating, hygiene, and gender issues, as well as  improved mental health, and pollution levels.

Living conditions are generally paramount in determining an individual's health and quality of life. It is becoming more and more acceptable that a better environment enhances health and value not only through the application of medicine, but also through lifestyle choices. Health is essential in life. A healthy mind can only exist in a healthy body. Healthy people are the wealth of a nation.
